Am I the only one to whom 10bln shares in circulation and a div of 3-5p years from now sounds pretty pathetic from the LT point of view?

Oh yes, I completely forgot - I should be glad and thank God (and BOD) every day that we didn't lose our investments and the mine is being built.

The sad truth is that all those "doom-and-gloomers, naysayers, de-rampers and pessimists" so passionately attacked and rejected on this forum are often RIGHT and "Sirius Team" again look like a bunch of a naive children trying to outshout & ridicule opinions that are, despite being difficult to accept, often valuable and present a balanced counterweight in the discussion.

Whoever was trying to label all those correctly predicting "below 15p in a few weeks / months" scenario should now stand up and apologize, "doom-and-gloomers" are right again......

I would never have thought a few months ago that I'd by considering taking a risk of SELLING at a loss at around 15p and hoping to BUY MORE at a cheaper price just to break even....what a "dog sh#t" as Jared Vennett from 'Big Short' puts it.

Shareholders can blame themselves - sure. Don't forget he was feeding shareholders with lies re 3bln in debt for months. Additional funds were supposed to contain a debt element too. None of those have materialized and the funding is not even 100% secured.

I understand what you are saying. What I am saying is that only because you managed to not crash your car, it doesn't necessarily make you a great driver.

It is what it is, we can't change it now. But I am pretty far from praise and being grateful. Let's not act as if Fraser delivered a great success - he didn't.

Government? Brexit? Poor excuses. What about poor negotiation skills, lack of competence and not giving a f#%k about maintaining &protecting shareholder's value? Did it cross your mind at all? His job is to deliver and he gets millions in salaries / share options to do it well. So far he delivered a little disaster hugely diluting holdings of thousands of long term supporters taking the total number of shares to a ridiculous 10bln. Success? Far from that. Money running out? What about poor planning / forecasting, miscalculations resulting in additional millions, burning cash like mad and progressing with the project at a pace that would put it at risk without the funding being secured? What about accurate provision for emergency funds / financial buffer sufficient to sustain it in case something went wrong? Seeing what was going on he could have slightly reduced the pace a long time ago, nobody asked him to deliver certain elements ahead of schedule at all cost. Those people were making various decisions a long before the last month's disaster and he had years to negotiate & deliver a decent deal. Expected dilution? Sure, but not to that ridiculous extent. Not to mention all the leaks resulting in various institutions taking millions in profits (effen open book) - seems like everyone knew everything apart from LTH mugs. And a grand finale - a pathetic 1 for 22. Slap in a face to all people just robbed of their holding value.

So thank you for robbing us (again) Chris, we are all extremely grateful.

Defending Fraser after what's happened is like receiving a massive pay cut at work after years of dedicated support from your side and still thanking your employer for not sacking you. Sad.

I am not associating you with anything therefore there is no need to disassociate. I say that unfortunately our Dear Leader and his entourage takes the responsibility for the leaks, whether it was them, their City friends or a cleaner randomly allowed to the boardroom during the negotiations.....

I think you'll find that Scrimshaw will have told Fraser he's getting millions and millions of share options for "successfully funding SXX" (despite doing it in the most disastrous way fashion possible for everyone except those who can get share options) and so why pay for shares when you can get share options for free?

Oh yes, definitely. As stated before giving away large chunks of company comes very easy to Fraser and he should be sacked for the way the funds were raised. Not to mention leaking price sensitive information on multiple occasions. He already caused massive dilution and despite that funds are not even 100% secured yet! Pathetic really. Don't get distracted, the bottom line is that we will have almost 10bln shares in circulation one day and it won't change. There will always be a cap on future SP / dividend growth unless they will find gold on their way down.......

And yes, Fraser's performance over the last years puts him in a very sackable territory. Giving away huge chunks of company comes very easy to him. Most of us have limited funds. Most of us were already invested. Most of us can't afford to "invest now" heavily (surely not as much as we already invested). Most of us are in red and took a heavy hit.

Sure, you can still make some money. Early retirement - gone for most of us. Yours "20p vs 8p" in dividends makes a huge difference in the long run.....

Fraser should receive a "special thank you" from all LTH during the upcoming AGM....
