I know, It's all amazing,we are now funded, the path is clear, financial uncertainty removed, tunnels, TBMs, happy days bla bla bla but generally speaking....

.... If somebody told you a few years a ago that Fraser would dilute it to circa 9bln shares in order to get it funded, what would you say?

Working towards something by the end of April means they are "trying" and "hoping". It doesn't necessarily mean they "will"....

It's all about upside potential vs downside risk, the uncertain possibility of gain and the risk of the actual return being below the expected return, or the uncertainty about the magnitude of that difference.
Now it basically comes down to the following choice:the chance of not being funded and going bust vs the chance of it being worth more than 20p once the funding has been secured and the mine built. That's it. Any other scenarios are basically a particular forms of these two choices differing in certain respects from an earlier form or other forms of the same type of thing.

I personally bet on mine being built. That's the main base of my investment decision. Now, the funding. Even If the worst scenario materializes and the deal will turn out to be a complete disaster for the LTHs, the share price in 2021 should still be much higher than the current 20p.

Therefore:

Downside - not getting funded at all (highly unlikely in my opinion considering current progress and all available info)

Upside - returns still higher than the market average if funding deal turns out to be a complete nightmare but the mine will still get built OR proportionately higher / great returns if deal turns out to be decent / good.

Sure I understand. I must add however that the "security" is a very elusive term when it comes to any investment....There are countless examples of companies once considered a "extremely safe and secure investments" that were disrupted and gone out of business. No guarantees here, as promising as it may seem.

What are you talking about, mate? We are talking about money and future returns here....We all show our support and trust in Sirius by buying at a development stage. I doesn't mean that we will have to hold it forever...."Proud"?. The most ignorant thing I've ever heard. Pride doesn't pay your bills my friend......

Will I sell at a profit and re-invest if I see a better returns somewhere else - HELL YES!

That's not the point and that's not the way to look at it.

If (in a few years time) you had an opportunity to take that appreciated capital and invest somewhere else with a better dividend yield e.g. 12p a share, then why would you stick with Sirius? Following your logic you could say the amount of money originally invested in Sirius, sold at a profit and invested somewhere else is now returning a 60% every year which is better than return on Sirius' (obviously assuming that you deal within ISA & don't pay taxes when taking profits which would in turn reduce your principal invested somewhere else).....

This is not a "divi" stock and never was. It always makes me smile when people "buy SXX for dividends". Who cares what the dividends will be in 10 years time? Irrelevant, really. The only thing that really matters for people like us (taking all the risk and buying at the early stages of development) is glorious CAPITAL APPRECIATION. That's it. That's what make you rich. Future SP is the only thing that really matters. If it appreciates, you can choose to hold further for dividends, sell it and re-invest your freshly acquired wealth in other securities (potentially paying more in dividends than Sirius) or do whatever you want. But it is the capital appreciation that really matters. I don't really care if Sirius pays dividends one day or not, what I care about is if I can sell my shares at a considerable profit. If I do, then I can find a 100 ways to employ it somewhere else in order to get a stable few % a year.

Doesn't sound like a something set in stone to me.

My neighbour was working towards obtaining firm commitments for the Alternative Proposal (another banks) and its additional financing requirements (cost overrun) before the end of December 2017 when building a new house.It took him a few months longer but in the end he's got a better deal. He started the process with a little delay but actually completed ahead of schedule.
Now, look at the size and complexity of the project - does it look like a family house to you? Delays happen all the time and it's "fine" as long as they are reasonable. It just an inherent part of most of the projects. Fact. And it doesn't necessarily mean that something "good" or "bad" is happening....It's just a f#%kin delay.....Not the first, not the last. And? And it doesn't really mean anything.....

With regards to the "10 days to go" - 10 days to what? Your fast approaching severe panic attack? End of the world? End of the dreams?

Get some perspective.
