You all still seem to be missing the point. Nobody questions the value of the resources. Or potential of the business. And never did. They are potentially worth billions. No doubt. But that's not the point. The point is you need to get there. You need infrastructure. And it cost in billions too. Those who will put the money up will end up owning the mine. Guaranteed. Cold-blooded. And astonishingly simple. Why would you even think otherwise? I am really shocked that some of you still refuse to acknowledge it. Current PIs are unnecessary ballast. And there are ways to get rid of us, including administration. Conditional deal followed by JPM pulling the plug a few months later, tanking share price, panic, tragedy. It is all part of the equation. Gradual redistribution of wealth from poor to rich at its finest. The rest is just smoke & mirrors.

Not sure what you are hoping for but the one lesson you should have learnt already is: whatever Fraser & Co say, expect significantly less / worse. In this case, we can consider ourselves extremely lucky if there are any crumbs left for us at all.

If you want my honest opinion what I think:

I think we are in the 6 months process of going into administration. Fraser will pretend he's reviewing options for a few months to make it look like he's really done everything he could and will then announce the final blow. After that the new investors will grab it for a song and build beautiful mine making billions for the UK economy for the next 100 years. Government will be happy, media will generate some positive publicity, new owners will be rich and rewarded with OBEs for "saving" the project and creating thousands of new jobs in the region and after a little while nobody will remember a few fools who lost fortunes investing in a dream in the early stages a few years ago.

Depends what the next months will bring. Eyes wide open for now. There could be a rumours, attempts to raise it only to drop it again etc. This may be one step from being dead but is still moving (at least for the next few months). I am at nearly 80% loss atm, If I could reduce loss to 60something that would be very tempting. Selling at a 50% loss is a dream considering the circumstances....

If you read my previous post you would have noticed that I said that I would wait for a next little spike to exit. In my view it is still possible. In other words, I'm in the process of getting out.

Nope, waiting for a little spike to exit. It is still possible. If it doesn't happen, no hard feelings. At the moment I'm experiencing a bereavement after losing 100% of my investment (even though I didn't sell a single share yet) and I recommend it to anyone here. The quicker you come to terms with it the better for you and your health. The last thing you want to do is to invest more of your time reading more nonsense on the board and feed yourself with fake hopes for the next 6 months. Fraser failed to raise ST2 funding and it is very unlikely that he will do it in a much more difficult current circumstances. Not with a huge damage to existing holders anyway. If it miraculously turns out that you lost only a fraction of your investment and not everything (a pipe dream!) you may as well find out next year. For now the priority is protect your health and sanity. Certainly no point debating it any further wasting valuable time. The dream is over for LTH. The mine will certainly be completed, unfortunately without us.

I personally think it is the beginning of the end of Sirius in its current form. I don't trust a word this BOD says, indicates, plans, believes etc. What we've learnt is whatever they say we should expect substantially less / worse. It is guaranteed. As somebody said a couple of weeks ago "world class engineering project with the 3rd world finance".

JPM was always in control of Sirius' destiny since the deal was agreed. They had the power and decided to pull the plug. Think about it for a sec - who's really winning in the current situation in the long run? You can't connect dots looking forward, you can only connect them and understand what's really happened looking backwards. We may be able to make sense of it all one day - it will unfortunately be too late. It is not market conditions. It never was. It's not Brexit. Or anything else. We are simply witnessing another transfer from poor to the rich at its finest. The rest is just smoke and mirrors.

Money is strongly linked to happiness. It always was. Not directly but it certainly is. It doesn't make you happy but it helps you to find happiness. It allows you to do things that make you happy. It buys better live for you and your family. It provides security and best medical care available. It buys you more time by freeing you from things you don't really want to do in life but you are forced to by the circumstances. I could go on and on. Maybe money doesn't buy happiness but certainly can help you achieve it. Money doesn't buy happiness is a poor man's talk. Rich would never say that.

He also said that he sees odds of successful bonds sale as "95/5 or 100/0" recently. I wouldn't take anything written on this board seriously. What I would say is that 99% of the posters here (even the most "respected" ones) simply turned out to be completely clueless with their predictions and very few individuals who turned out to be correct were ridiculed here for months and years and called all sorts of names. Guess what - they were right.
