Talking of favourites, Wicklow Brave was 1/9 on yesterday but was a faller. I actually had the winner 50p e/w but you would think the horse was a cert! Hopefully will put a few tips up this week - was away this weekend but some good racing again and five meetings today

dose, ditto. Did 50p e/w on the 50/1 tip but couldn't believe it when the 150/1 outsider went in - ran well too! Even 25p e/w would have made £45.50 :-(

Hi Lefkosia, I prefer doing lucky 15 rather than a yankee because if you only get one horse in a yankee you do not get any money back - with a lucky 15 it's rare for me not to get any return. I don't tick boxes and not sure if i have used the cash in option - maybe once or twice. If I am doing favourites then I don't go e/w but if I am doing horses 5/1 or greater (like yesterday with large fields) then i personally think you would be mad not to go e/w even if it doubles the cost of the bet.

I was going to Wales but the weather is dire so will watch the racing instead - GLA
