Yes, TEG open offer is showing in my HL sipp with a 3p valuation - a bit ahead of the game there because you cannot sell them! You should either get a letter or use the "corporate actions" link on HL to subsribe (if you wish) to the open offer - just make sure the funds are available because they may be deducted before 15th June. Also you can take up more than you entitlement if you wish (say, a futher 2,000 shares at 3p) subject to clawback - which I'm gonna be doing.

Added today ahead of results (due tomorrow?) I'm sure the sp is at/near its low point

How many shares is Peter G targeting at the moment? I'm sure he has significant holdings in other companies but cannot recall which ones? (CARE?) I think there's been an over-reaction here and probably 5p is fair value until further news imo... might apply for more than my entitlement...

Ex-dividend (1.5p) next week and share due a re-rate back to 35-40p imo...so pile in while at this bargain price imo

Well I'll be taking it up .. even if just to get my average down to circ 7p from current 10p... happy to tuck away for a year or two....

If EBITDA is circ Euro 90 million now for this year then eps s/b 29 cents and dividend 8 cents imo.. so a PE of 3 and dividend yeild of 9...I don't think sp will fall much further providing no more bad news .. my target is 90p over next 3 months

I did not expect the share price to fall so much and in two minds whether to add or just acquire placing shares (which do not look so inviting unless sp moves up to 4-5p)... I suppose waiting months for news on takeover and the fact the share price was stuck in the 7-8p range (at a low) in hindsight was giving out the signs that a takeover was not likely.... with TEG and MEC falling today (and HAMP which I sold out in Feb breakeven) maybe I should stick to "safe" shares lol

Well I'll probably take up the placing offer. Did ok with Vernalis placing recently..maybe if the placing is close to 100% successful then sp may settle at 5p and those who take up offer will have new lower average share price closer to new share price levels? Also, any chance of a hositile bid at some point?

O dear. A profits warning of sorts.... (well they don't make a profit lol)...revenue lower than expected and costs to be cut...but they expect revenue to return to growth in Italy at end of 2013! SP likely to fall 30% imo...might buy more if it goes lower..I am a sucker for catching falling knives lol
