Really surprised...I thought grey market had hoil at 1.70-1.90p? I expect the BOD expected higher share price too for the pending rights issue?

There probably will still be a rights issue...(not sure if the court case is a factor)..Maybe HOIL were buying back their shares to try to push the share price up in case they wanted to raise money at some point due to this/or other acquisition?

I reckon £ 1.70 easy...so the rights issue will be at 40-45% discount to average share price at a set date? I can see a lot of PIs piling in ahead of ex-rights date

Made a couple of buys today...glad to see long overdue tick up!

I didn't realise the results were so soon! Maybe the share price will shift upwards tomorrow? A dividend payment would do the trick!

I presume as long as the shares remain listed...a party could make an offer...but they are probably waiting to take the profitable divisions from the banks once delisted imo

Maybe in two years time it will be relisted as a "new" company with the BOD making millions...seen it before

Tore in two minds whether to sell out circ £ 2 (like quite a few PIs I expect) or keep for a while for further upside as it seems like an overreaction...

I was geting worried this morning about the fall until I realised it had gone ex-dividend and is actually up lol!

Got some at £1.75p...obviously hoping sell off has been overdone! Wonder if dividends will be maintained? If so, yield is circ 8%?

Well I hope this BOD do not walk away with a penny...no bonuses either. MCHL had pently of opportunities over the last year (at least) to raise equity at a far higher price than 1p! I recall share price soaring to 17p and I was sitting on a decent profit only for it to fall back...I eventually got out at break even but have continued to monitor...very sorry for current holders and I hope PIs will attend any AGM or EGM to voice their anger and raise questions on how all this has happen!

No RNS can be released now to 7am tomorrow so hold on to your hats and hope for some good news

Not looking good, agreed. My point was that to make any D4E viable the banks would prob have to agreed to exchange debt for a share price at or higher than current share price otherwise you would be talking about 5-6 billion new shares in issue...We can only wait for the RNS now to see what has been decided

I tend to agree, best to see the RNS first in black and white .. then hit the buy bottom asap if it is positive...hope it is for current shareholders
