A director buy has perked up the share price - obviously not too worried about the medium term issue of the perference shares...

It's your decision but I have purchased another 2,000 to average down....I can be patience here but it may take a year for the share price to recovery back to 50p imo so if you can buy and tuck away for a while you should make a decent return..Indeed for those day-traders it looks oversold and may offer an quick 10-20% profit also

Well I see not point selling atm...might even add some more..looking back the share price have fallen sharply before and subsequently recovered somewhat...it will take some time though

With new shares being issued to Timeweave and a subsequent placing all priced at 1p .. I can't really see much upside in the share price for the foreseeable future...Trouble is my average is 4-5p so stuck here but at least I might partake in any open offer and average down..

Wow, happy happy happy...glad (so far) I applied for extra open offer shares. So far my HL account is showing full take-up which is confusing when offer was 42% oversubscribed...

I got lambasted on advfn for daring to sell these shares at 9p a few months ago (100% profit) because it was gonna soar to 15-20p the following week! Obviously that hasn't happen and now I'm on ignore over on that thread lol! Talk was of a special dividend as the cash received has equal or more than current share price but I agree that its best to sit on this cash and manage the continuing downturn. PVCS need to trade though this cycle and come out the other end leaner and profitable again - prob 2014/15.... I do feel that the share price is fairly valued at the moment and offers long term outperformance IF PVCS survives as one of the remaining companies in this sector so will probably get back in on any further share price weakness or new developments..one to watch

Yes really pleased that open offer was oversubscribed and I will not be getting all my extra shares lol! At least this should provide a floor for the share price?

Well my payment has left my HL account this morning for the open offer (plus 10,000 additional shares I applied for) so not long now for the RNS on take-up. I expect high volume next week and hopefully a tick up back to 4-5p in the near future. My average is now 5.1p so the open offer was useful for getting this down!

I have taken up open offer and applied for more shares because I do expect a correction upwards (will the directors be taking up entitlements for exampler?) back towards 5p in the short term... Hard to tell if this time TEG will pull it around but if SP gets to 5p I'll probably sell half and keep half for a year or two

Well if the BOD destroy another 99.5% of investors capital we will have a share price of 0.001875p I reckon!

Thanks, time to read further on ADVFN etc to ascertain whether I should hold or bale out now... I wouldn't panic sell however as there is a little time to consider the options. If I do sell, I'll probably move the investment to PCTN or RDI - decent yields there too

Got 10,000 of these share at 22p average and happy to hold for now. I'm a bit confused...if the loan if refinanced, then how will the shares be worthless? Pently of property trusts/companies refinance-rollover their loans all the time?

I inform HL that I will be taking up my entitlement and applying for 10,000 additional open offer shares. This would get my average down to 5p so happy with that and hopefully the share price will gradually recover back to 5-6p before the end of the year.
