That was about 4/6 months ago - who knows? Perhaps we will see some director buys before the year end especially if they company is turning around - unless the Autofocus process is deemed material/market sensitive stopping them? (will ask)

Well the IMS did offer hope that the next stage would happen shortly. Trying to look on the positives here - the company is performing so much better than last year and the share price should not go back to previous levels if it (just) reflects this actual fact

Lets be fair - no one knew (at the time) why the share price was soaring and there was a strong rumour in the market (from other posters) that a 7.9p takeover was coming - so yes I kept topping up and in hindslight was wrong. However my average is circ 1.5p (from 1.38p) and you should not panic over one days movement imo. So I dont regret topping up over the last few days but do regret getting greedy and not selling any at 4p. If we could tell the future we will all be millionaires. The SP could go up 20% tomorrow and all will be forgiven! Franksy, IR just told me it was a personal matter for the directors on whether to buy any shares - however I will raise the point at the AGM and asked if (for whatever reason) the company is in a closed period.

Sorry you are probably right - although I still reckon those 180k and 240k sells were Henderson/Schroders. I expect more holding RNSs this week to confirm. Just have to ride out the wave as Im not selling anyway! Looking forward to the AGM and must get on with a list of 3/4 key questions for the BOD. Like many here I am kicking myself for not at least top slicing when it spiked to circ 4p (obviously Henderson top sliced lol) and wont make the same mistake again - as im sure we will see another spike before February on any Autofocus developments. Presuming Henderson is the main seller today - then I reckon they have sold 7-8 million and might have 5-8 million left. So it is possible we could still see some more selling today/tomorrow so timing is key. However if you are here for the medium term 1.9p is as good a price as any imo

Yes I think this must still be a secret for many PIs - the potential is huge. Obviously Helphire is a diff company to Accident Exchange and appear to be going though the settlement process a different way - but surely we are still talking big numbers? Perhaps Henderson just got fed up of the waiting?

Thank you for selling even more today so that us PIs can pick some up sub 2p. No idea why u wish to sell with developments not that far away but never mind. Now that u are almost out - perhaps the next few days will have the sp going back in the right direction

I reckon since that holding rns came out, Henderson have been selling down again to get under 3% asap (for whatever reason). The good news is that when they stop selling (in several days?) providing Schroders do not start again - the share price should creep back up. imo

Its the MMs who are mad.. theres been quite a lot of buying in the last hour but share price is holding at 2p. Why it fell 10% in the first place I dont know.

Added, I'm hoping its fallen enough for today at least.

Agree we may not get much out of the AGM - will be there so will let the thread know if I hear anything of interest. Do you think Accident Exchange may have taken a more aggessive line with the various insurers than Helphire? I still feel patience will be rewarded here

I dont think the volume today and the fact theres been pently of buying as well as selling warrants the double digit share price fall we are seeing. I just hope 2p isnt breached - could be another holding RNS this week imo

Mention that the Henderson movement is from 17.2 million to 16 million ie. though 5% barrier to 4.8%. The advfn comment is that they appeared to have forgot to mention when they went though 7% and 6% since mid September. So there was I blaming Schroders for continuing to sell down last week when it was these guys.

So maybe Henderson are selling more today? This could put a lid on the sp for a couple of days until to are out completely (if correct). I might add on any further weakness - agree why sell before the Agm - do they not wish to attend? lol

TBH I'm confused. Just looked at the Annual Report and it shows Henderson Global Investors @ 7.01% as at 30th June so it looks like they actually have reduced - apologies. Anyway perhaps they though 3p plus was a good price to exit? Still appears that Schroders have stopped reducing though..

I presume its either a large PI getting out or maybe someone is selling so that Henderson can pick up more? Its good to have a new large shareholder though...stakebuilding for a client perhaps?

Holding RNS out - Henderson have acquired 4.82% of the share issue..... (thats how I read it)

Sorry not invested here atm but I thought u wouldn't touch this with a bargepole? What's changed? One to watch imo though
