Im confused. RSA and Direct Line are mentioned below but then it says " a number of insurers". Were these two insurers used in the test case or were they the ones who held the Autofocus disc? How many insurers are we talking about and also i recall a comment that there were 1/2 insurers who would hold out to the bitter end and that hhr might have already to go back to court. Perhaps the Ace verdict resolves this? Could proxy letter today so def going to agm

You could be right but who knew and who brought the shares? No one here apparently knew of ACE court case on those aays? It was still a heck of a lot of volume and these guys wouldnt have been selling since if they knew the implecations for hhr? Perhaps it was a mixture of those in the know buyinh and p & dump pis. Def should at least hold for developments imo

Yes if Schroders were selling up to a month ago, what stopped them continuing to sell down. IR told me all shareholders get market sensitive info at the same time whatever their holding. If that is the case did they get wind of a t/o rumour or lerhaps had a meeting with HHR and were given an upbeat report? Still feel something is going on and maybe Sunday papers might have a story. It might be the indications that the Autofocus settlements could be massive?

So the options are basically worthless. Perhaps the BOD are looking at a merger or acquisition to justify implementing new options going forward? Options at (say) 2-3p could be worth a mint in 3/5 years time if revised key targets are met.

Whether they pumped and dumped or not, I still take comfort in the fact that the IMS was pretty decent and that the share price warranted an increase from the 1p levels. Now going forward, first 2p must be maintained imo then maybe a gradual move back up to 3p. No idea if AGM will shed any new light on matters but fundementals are better now. Lets see if they is any leaks in the Sunday press or whether there was never any corp action in the near future anyway. Off home and may be on thread over weekend. Have a good one everyone

Well at least the share price didnt collaspe again in the last hour and held up fairly well. One good week plus 200% now one bad week minus 40% so next week will be interesting!

Its tested 2p twice now and held up well so that would be a good sign u would think?

It went down to 2p (which seems a support level atm) and by the time (5 minutes or less) I was able to trade I had to pay 2.18p!

Not happy. One PI sells circ 1 million shares and the sp drops 10%! 10 plus PIs buy 1 million shares between them and sp stays the same! go figure

One word - Wow. Excellent posts especially the "Helphire may get £ 10 million (or more)". This would reduce interest costs by £ 550k pushing HHR prob close to net profit terriority and add 3p to NAV.

TBH I have no idea where this share price will close today. Could be 2p (or lower) or could be 2.75p (or higher). Trouble is I expect the same next week!

About 15 buys in a row and over a million shares brought in total and share price stuck at 2.2-2.3p. If it had been the other way round the sp prob would have been back at 2p! MMs really making money out of HHR atm and my advice is prob not to buy or sell until it settles back down and these guys then will not be cashing in

Yes waiting the paperwork and have chased HL as AGM is only a week away. Being in Bath at 9am there must be some early morning travellers from London? I'll be leave Bristol about 7.30am via the bus! Yes need a list of questions (been supplied a couple already) which I will prioritise in case the BOD do not let me ask them all! Of course by next Friday we might know something IF there was a reason for the spike of course

Yes but he was Interim Chief Financial Office last year and a non-exec sine Oct 2011. Just why resign now just a year since his appointment. Too soon to say if it relates to any corp action - we will just have to wait and see

Another reason could be that it relates to the time the Autofocus settlements is taking. Of course it might just be that he wished to resign! (or new appointment due)
