Yes totally correct about the fleet related debt AND hhr just brought a number of pick up trucks and top of the range cars.

Agree its not all roses but i tend to see the positives - well i am a shareholder lol. The trading profit compares with a significant loss in the same period last year. Obviously debt and interest have to keep falling and an actual net profit is prob two years away. But i can wait as usually share prices go up six months before recovery on expectations imo

The trouble is we simply dont know! Settlements could be peanuts or substantial but every little helps. If debt continues to reduce and operating profits are maintained, eventually the share price may rerate. Patience is required as one week spikes help no one but the quick in and out type which usually results in a further sharp movement downwards.

Read back. They reclaimed £11 million and a further court case won circ 2 weeks ago implies a further £ 6 million will be recovered. Its on postonline.co.uk plus this week the website mentions a further poss court case to attempt to reclaim a £175 million but it will be a lot harder to prove.

Post October 2011! Next accounts should show it up but its balance sheet related not neccessary P & L?

Aceplc, why would/did shareholders approved to have their delisted? Chipf, what made u buy? Corp news rumours? Why did they go up to 4 on 150 million share volume. Why should the sp go back down to 1.1p on the positive trading update news? Why has sp factored the A word in? Market value £6 million - settlement amount likely to be at least equal to this (but unknown)

One final post - if you look back though all the posts during the last two mad weeks here - I think you will find quite a few other posters mentioning the A word so why single me out? Do you hold? If so..stop being so damm negative - its not something shareholders are suppose to do!

BTW Schroders have stopped selling (why?) and Henderson have started selling THATS A FACT

Sorry wont mention the A word just facts like falling debt, higher margins, new vehicles, new fleet management software, new long term contracts on better terms, NAV 3.3p, op profit against significant loss in same period last year and poss corp action to come... INSTEAD

No idea why they are selling unless they though 3-4p was a good exit price atm. No patience though as we know Autofocus update is pending (prob Feb). Seems like a lot of short term pump/dump merchants came on for the ride and jumped ship on the first signs of a correction. Still share price is more static now and longer term investors now just have to sit back and wait! As mentioned before, I will ask BOD on Friday a) why no director buying b) any ABS model plans c) why so slow with Autofocus compared to Accident Exchange ie. no direct access to disc d) any reason they know of for recent spike. Any other questions welcomed (will go back though posts incase I have missed any more relevent points)

To be fair DanVels was presuming buying volume would continue - instead we had Henderson dumping stock and several large PIs taking profits. Models are not perfect and cant factor in everything. However the share price has fallen too far now imo - it looks oversold....

Agree, it is a hidden secret that Accident Exchange may now be presueing £ 175 million though the courts. Even if Helphire were looking at just 5-10% of this total - the benefits it would bring to the group in reduced debt and reduced interest payments are hugh. Also will allow Helphire to look at bolt on acquisitions aka Qpp (but to a lesser extent) like a law firm to change into an ABS model. This is a bargain imo (as long as recovery continues)

Yes I wish I had sold some at 4p - just got too greedy with this talk of 7.9p t/o. Anyone buying in now should be laughing if they hold on to them for a year or two imo. My average is 1.5p so still in profit and not selling anyway. (unless theres another big spike lol)

Good volume again today - which is a plus point. Also several large buys (1 million?). If Henderson sell out then upward movement might recommence. Not too concerned - at the moment!

At least it has revenue and has returned to op profit unlike so many pump dump rampy aim oil and mining stock nightmares. At least this is turning around, has Nav higher than current share price and has an unspecified windfall to come! Oh and look at the qpp tweets.. perhaps, perhaps...

Perhaps hes presuming a mega Autofocus payout and a return to the profit seen a few years ago? Still it is a bit on the high side! Lol

I wouldnt be happy if this was the case as IR told me all shareholders are given market sensitive news vis a RNS at the same time. The SP has fallen far more than it should have today imo and if it is only Henderson (as one of the five large shareholders) now selling I doubt they are the only ones in the know. Probably a mixture of Henderson selling and some large short term PIs getting out imo
