Quite a few buys suddenly this morning - so hope for the sp yet!

RNS out tonight! Radmat now over 6% of share issue! This supports the share price and continued stakebuilding will push the sp higher imo even without any of us PIs buying more! My question is "can they afford a takeover?"

Yes a dire day. Looking at the trading patterns I think Henderson (perhaps Schroders) have sold another 4-5 million shares today so must be down to circ 3% so the good news is that they dont have that many shares left to sell! The rest of the week will be key...it could drop to 1.2-1.3p on further selling or move back to 1.7-1.8p imo. If it does drop more I will probably add as I did sell a few last week.

I was in NTBR for quite some time but sold out earlier in the year at 11p. Then I noticed the poss stakebuilding and gradual move up so started buying back in last week. Probably will get a few more this week as the results could be anytime. Then there's the low PE and debt reduction so imo 30p would be closer to fair value

The shares will be over 20p this week at this rate .. especially if the results are positive

Looks like either Henderson or Schroders have sold 3 million this morning...sooner the seller is out, the better (for the sp)

Got some more this morning - and already there's been a tick up. Maybe it will not take much volume to really move this sp up?

Well last years results were 29th November - which might give us a clue?

The volume has definitely been high this week ahead of the AGM - poss share price correction likely on any positive update imo

Two decent buys today 300k and 500k so volume still very good! I did topslice yesterday to add to avo/tly but profits back here. Since I have 2% of HHR the occasional adjustment is warranted if I also see value elsewhere but no significant change in my holding will happen while news is possible imo

It's a strange share! Qpp look like they may have got ABS status (advfn) re a tweet (its a hint). I still think they are favourites to make an offer here - if an offer is coming

Don't forget that S Poulton was being paid a daily rate of £ 2,700 (!) re page 20 of latest AR so his resignation and non replacement should save the company quite a bit. Also the BOD basic salaries have been frozen for 4 years and as long as bonuses relate to key performance targets I've no real problem. I expect new share options are in the pipeline, but they better be north of 5p imo otherwise the will be some shareholder disquiet imo. Maybe no new share options have been issued due to pending corp issues?

Not sure, at the AGM it was just suggested by one shareholder that if any new share options were to be rewarded, they should be closer to 15p and not at 2p so that the directors are signalling that they believe in the turnaround story

I would have thought it was down to the non stop buying since early yesterday? After this RNS then several sells kicked in... still as I stated earlier, there is the AGM and ACS plc results next week. I might be completely barking up the wrong tree here, but if ACS plc were considering a takeover offer, they wouldn't want the share price to move up too far in case they had to put in a higher offer?? Whatever, Im sure an update is due soon on contract news etc so a strong hold here imo

Advanced Computer Softward have their results next week and partnership arrangements with Avia might be communicated. Avia have their AGM on Thursday. Poss takeover imo
