The company has already been trying to achieve new funding for a number of months now without apparent success and the recent director resignation was probably connected - maybe he did not wish to provide more funding or did not approve of the terms? With the share price now back to 6p any dilution will be significant now.

They will be good results - since turnover for the first six months was almost equal to total turnover for 2013. It will be the outlook and/or a new contract that will really help push the share price back up to 10p plus next week imo. Still hoping to add later today but waiting on a CLP RNS first (to sell some there).. gl

Yep, big crash likely today - existing shareholders not able to acquire new shares at the sharp discount - usual for AIM companies..

PMG, the AIM quoted sports, entertainment and media agency, announces that the 2014 Championship will take place at Laguna National Golf and Country Club in Singapore between 1 - 4 May 2014. This is a change from the previously scheduled location in Korea. (just need confirmation of the main sponsor as this event is the most significant contributor to revenue currently)

Note later down the RNS " the 7% growth in full year sales that we flagged at interims is no longer appropriate. We will update the market further on 12 May when we release our Q3 IMS." Seems like forecasting how the budget will effect sales from April 2015 will be very difficult gl

It's worrying as there's been no news on whether further funding can be arranged or is still required... maybe a disagreement on how to raise the funds or the placing price? This is not going to be well received by the market - it wouldn't surprise me to see the share price down to 6-7p today...

It might be a case of selling the crown jewels to survive - a demerger would be better for shareholders

Seems fairly positive especially on debt reduction and loan/bank facilities. Progress on the possible sale/demerger of Drinkmaster - and news likely within 2-3 months.

Thanks - so not much to go on at the moment. Revenue and profit/loss unknown for six months ending 31st December and £ 100k contract win causes market value to go over £ 5 million. Company seems to be in a good growth area but it's strange how the share price went up so far so fast imo

Never chase a share price which goes up 50% plus without a RNS to justify it imo. Well done to long term holders AND there may be future upside if further contracts are won but some simply read the 4th April RNS too positively imo and it's obvious that any volume moves this share price sharply - either way
