Don't worry guys - seeing this all over AIM. Shares like PEG-KIBO-BHR-DOR now at silly prices but this share is one of the best on AIM at the moment - will be adding asap since results will probably be out early June imo gla

Dreadful behaviour - so the company loses a vote to delist or finds another way...

Not sure why but shares suspended - I hope those who made money here last week sold out in time...

Agree there needs to be more news flow to improve senitment - as it is obvious re the share price. Remember The Championship prize money was 1.3 million lower than last year which may have cancelled out the reduction in sponsorship revenue - and there has been no RNS warning on this... also company now has Electric Run rights and a two day festival later this year and several events c/f from last year. However the share price is were it is for a reason ie. lack of positve news and heavy selling from impatient shareholders. The balance sheet will be far stronger now after the recent £ 1.33 million fund raising. The R&A s/b out later this month and I have sent an email to enquire actual date. GL

Could be worth contacting the FCA or other regulatory bodies to ask them to look into how this company can state such an increase in revenue/profit only to have cash flow problems and the inability to ask shareholders for funds just a couple of months later. ie. were they "hiding" the situation - why did the directors resign - will the company try to sell parts of the business to former directors? Definitely shareholders should not take this situ lieing down

25p per share - decent premium!

The spread WAS high and is now lower - probably low free float causing the sharp spike upwards after the RNS news. So any more buying OR selling will probably cause another sharp movement either way gl

Let me know how you get on. I emailed them in the past but did not get a response so hopefully the website still shows a telephone number (as the business is still trading). Believe me - if I was still holding I would have been banging on their door gl

Sorry to hear this - I suppose most investors would put a minimum of £1k into an AIM share to make it worth while... the story was good here and the increase in revenue suggested good times ahead. I suggest you email the company and ask simply were it all went wrong - you are entitled to answers as a shareholder gl

Sorry but I sold because the warning signs were there - I did acknowledge that any good news would have caused a major spike but it was too high risk. I sold most after the first director left and there was a working capital warning then sold the rest after the finance director left the other week. I hope you did not get too over exposed here. As for news - probably in the next week or two as I suspect the sale of the division has already been lined up...

Hardly any volume yet a 10% drop on no news - and the spread is off putting. Still not decided to invest here but there are certain shares were the market makers really need to explain themselves imo

I really don't think any former directors s/b first in the queue to acquire parts of the company here. After all they were involved in this mess. Why expand to larger premises/warehouse? Why all the new contracts and increased revenue and profit but cash flow issues? Margins? Why has the company not been able to arrange a placing/rights issue - they had enough time imo. Sold out after all the recent warning signs and previously made money here but feel really annoyed and sorry for existing shareholders who probably did not actually expect suspension! There had been just six figure buy trades over the last month so a few will be losing substantial sums...

Good news - settlement agreed with EY auditors. Not sure what the last part of the RNS means by "continued listing". Hope this is not another AIM company considering delisting later this year...

Cannot say I am surprised - seems like shareholders will end up with nothing while parts of the company is sold to a former director....
