I only say next year because he cannot make another bid for six months (so about September?) and being a non exec director now might be enough for him? If the company recovers - the share price will rise - and he will benefit. I reckon a tie - up with another company is one option now gla

Also with him holding over 26% of the revised share issue - if he decides to make another offer (next year) it probably will be more likely to succeed... maybe Drinkmaster will no longer be sold?

IMO director buys are always a good sign - however, they do not always get it right. Further director buying might help here gl

Not invested but "The Company confirms it has now agreed revised banking covenants for 2014" suggests the company is "ok" for a few months at least - unless market conditions are worsening? Best to watch from the sidelines for now though...

O/T notice it with retailers - most use to pay suppliers in 30 days and now the norm is 60 days. No wonder there's cash flow problems for small cap companies.

Well the trading update shows breakeven for The Championship and it is dire to issue this update so late in the date. I believe you are still a shareholder too and believe me I do not have rose tinted glasses - I am just a positive person who always looks at/for the positives... not much to be positive here though here at the moment! Looks like I will be holding for the LONG term....

Yes noticed the sale of SDS to the former director - not surprised in the least. Ordinary shareholders are the last on the list these days and will almost certainly get nothing here now - shameful...

Have to agree - no other cash shell is sitting on a 20x premium to cash NAV - there are other cash shells sitting on 50% discounts to NAV. Will keep watching (as an ex holder) as there is potential for a game changing acquisition/IPO (ditto other cash shells) but it is more than factored into the current share price imo gla

Maybe I am over reacting but just recall the same comments over on PPR... to be fair they then (PPR) issued further "warnings" before suspension so as long as GWIN do not issue another warning and get though this with or without a placing it is probably best to hold on. We do need the results though...

Well I have a holding here but since I acquired the shares in the 4-5p area not suffering too big an unrealised loss but will consider selling over the next week or two if the company does not hurry up and issue the results so we can all see the true picture. I think some form of placing is very likely now gl

No dear not ideal (hope this is not another PPR) and it is not the first recent IPO to signal problems. Good news on contracts but it appears some fund raising is on the horizon...
