Acquire 50% of KME plant for $1.4m paid for in PREM stock - KME has $4m asset portfolio

Acquire 50% of HBR Zimbabwe near term gold producer for $3.7m paid for in $2.2m in PREM stock + $1.5m cash providing they match this for working capital. HBR total assets as at 31 Dec 2018 $773k + the cost of ‘the option’ $1.15m

The KME asset will be utilised for HBR, targeted gold production within 9 months of closing the transaction. Additional drilling at ZULU working towards completion of Feasibility Study.

New shares issued will add significantly to total shares in issue but the overall value will outweigh the dilutive effect. New shares to be issued at no less than 0.085p or the 5 day VWAP preceding the closing of the transaction. These consideration shares may only be sold through the company’s broker.

The new KME transaction has reduced the overall cost to PREM and still hold 100% ZULU. Expanding the ZULU asset pending final approval.

GM for shareholder approval to accept or reject the deal no later than 31 March 2019.

6 mm's control the stock - each mm has a limited volume available at their best price. Currently PEEL has 750k available to buy @ 0.815p, FCAP have 500k @ 0.82p etc up to the display offer 0.85p. Depending on your volume request each market maker will quote what they can offer for best price. Sometimes you can get a discount if buying a larger volume.

There only a few providers that provide L2 data as part of a trading account - SAXO bank, Interactive Investor, IG markets, Interactive Brokers and LSE to name a few. You can get L2 data separate - this usually gives more in depth information but at a cost, Digital look, ADVFN 2 examples - the one I use is not necessary the best one for you so will let you decide - good luck all!
