Circum value likely to be higher than what is on balance sheet. PREM paid $1.25. Investment decision progressing. Circum private company - they are in control as to as/when but sooner than later expected.

ZULU exploration work stalled for last year. DFS study next step. KME deal cuts DFS cost in half & sundry equipment also lower costings. RHA further potential with the KME equipment at much lower costings and expansions of resources.
