The latest Investing Matters Podcast episode featuring Jeremy Skillington, CEO of Poolbeg Pharma has just been released. Listen here.
illbetabuck - agree with your forecast and am gambling (cannot believe just said that as a 'serious' part time trader) that the bounce has still not reached the height before financial gravity sends it back down again.......
As a long term share trader and a holder of TCG, I think we are very lucky to see the bounce and hope it continues to my original target of 20-25p. However I am not confident that this company will continue to recover it's share price and am humble enough to know forces are at work which we have zero control over so sell hold or buy, but at the same time realise and accept this is a huge risk.......one worth taking with my financial situation IMHO
I have been open with my purchase of 200,000 shares at 12p, with a sale target between 20-25p. TCG just failed to hit 20p before the negative RNS and because was overseas with intermittent wifi, arrived back yesterday to doom and gloom figures and forecasts. This is solely my fault as had the opportunity to walk away with a 50% profit (£12,000) at 18p after a fortnight but made the decision to hold until above 20p. Fortunately, I am retired and can afford the loss however feel for all existing shareholders who are now facing financial wipe out. Personally, I will now hold hoping for a mini bounce to sell so GLASH
Just saw share price and must admit am surprised to see it so low as invested at 12p honestly believing we will hit 20-25p. I will hold now and watch closely over the next couple of weeks. Only fair to praise the posters who were warning all of us about the future negativity of TCG
I am still ahead but did not think the share price will be so low again, still happy to hold and not worried until it is sub my buy of 12p.......
hawkwing - I think we will see minimum of 25p IMHO. 100p is simply not pragmatic or realistic before end of year IMHO
Awoke to a clear blue sky day with the promise of 27 degrees so hope the temperature is an indication of the share price today.......I'll settle for 17p :-)
None of us know the end of year share price or the offer if one is made , all we can be aware of is actual information and hazard guestimates. I have no problem if a poster forecasts 100p if their supporting statement is paired with it. I have no problem if a poster forecasts 10p if their supporting statement is pared with it. I will ignore any poster just throwing random figures around with not even attempting to justify their forecasts.......Personally hope as an investor that an offer is made for the whole company at 50p-100p, but will sell once price hits 25p for reasons already explained.

Cazzakerr - be great if this is correct however rumours will abound over the next few weeks so any idea of the source?
Close for the week will be 5p less than my ignorant forecast over the weekend so am disappointed with the past five days. Saying that still £6k up so cannot complain however was hoping to be out at 25p before my birthday early August. Tempted to ask everybody’s estimate of share price last trading day of July.......serious replies please lol
RKent, my sell target, which believe can be achieved with the airline sale, is 25p. Previously bought in 2011 and sold for a six figure profit as my past comment reflect however this time round personally am not that overly confident of a significant recovery before end of the year so will pass on waiting. Hope I am wrong as enjoy private investors create wealth for themselves.......
RKent2019 - firstly, welcome to the board. People's various exit targets sometimes have no bearing upon the medium/long term valuation of the company. Some individuals have short term financial commitments such as a wedding, property purchase, overseas holiday etc so have a defined timeline to be out by. Others are less aggressive with their risk profile so are content with a 'humble' profit. Some like myself have retired early and so now have strict personal rules of engagement as it is more of a hobby than the need to create income. The reasons vary according to your own circumstances.......
You own 3m shares at an average of 18p? This is an investment of 540,000? I have made serious six figures profit over the past with a number of companies (Barclays, Blinkx, Solomon Gold, Rockhopper, Tower Resources, Thomas Cook ect) however never has my original buy in been six figures. You are holding out for 100p so your sale price will be 3 million pounds (2,460,000 profit)? If this is true (and not saying it isn't) then following the rule that one's financial smart portfolio really needs to cover cash, property, shares, gold, pension.......and most average individuals only use 20% of their liquidity investing in the stock market, you must have a net worth already of a few million. If so, may I ask is this success primarily via your trading expertise or originally other means? Absolutely none of my business however always interested in thh success stories of others.......
Bandit - congratulations as your last reply is one of the most disingenuous responses to a question posed by myself lol. I am always bemused if one remains quiet about exit points as we as private investors have absolutely no influence upon the share price, plus our identities are secret anyway so why not grab our balls (pardon ladies) and share our target sell price.......I will always be open about mine and enjoy others being the same even if some have ulterior motives (rampers/deramprers)
Bandit - appreciate the lengthy and informative reply. Probably the best response to a direct query from myself in the ten plus years have been on LSE. I still have no clue of your single or multiple sell targets lol. I always have a definitive sell price upon buying, sure it may change dependant upon news etc however usually stick to my strategy because as long term investor believe a profit is a profit. I made serious coin back in 2011/2012 with TCG however this time around will be happy just doubling my money so will be put at 25p. I may sell half and allow the free shares to contribute if updates reflect medium term share growth but at this stage happy with my departure point. So once again curious about your actual target/s to sell........
bandit1 - May I ask your average price and target exit point as always interested in other serious investors’ strategy and if it aligns with my own mostly ignorant opinion.
While I am emotionally disappointed we are not over 20p with the start of the week's positive performance, I do not post comments based upon emotion or for that matter make key financial decisions based upon emotion. I still rationally maintain my humble and possibly ignorant belief based upon the banks' support and strong multiple interest in the airline part of the business that we will see 25p with the next couple of months. However even if it fails to achieve this figure, unless something really shockingly negative comes out, this company will at worst return any investor's money who averages 20p IMHO I say this as an investor whose average is 12p.......
CM - IMHO think the reasonable achievable short term target is circa 25p. If you read my previous posts (you may fall asleep lol), you will see my messages always respect others’ opinions, any which are idiotic are just ignored by myself. I also reluctantly agree that some lazy or new private investors may be influenced by posts which is niave at best and crazy at worst as first rule of investing is DO YOUR OWN RESEARCH.
TheViking - good to see you self analyse your own posts :-)
