George Frangeskides, Chairman at ALBA, explains why the Pilbara Lithium option ‘was too good to miss’. Watch the video here.
Good evening ladies and gentleman, apologies for the late announcement. As previously stated we will be heading to stop £1.15 shortly, it's been a turbulent ride as expected but we can see clear roads ahead with multiple stops along the way to our final destination of £1.60, where this bus will terminate. There will be a replacement service but currently we have no schedule, we may well return to stop £1.10 or possibly route further depending on passenger numbers and demand. Currently the chart isn't giving us a schedule his far in advance, apologies for the inconvenience. All aboardddd. Take care
Good morning. As I said, prime real estate locations. There's life in the old dog yet, but you'll need to be patient. Once Alison receives the seal of approval, the needle will move. Enjoy and take care
Hi Larry correct, but some of the most valuable real estate remained, Newgate street and tower are 2. Perhaps you could you shed light on the other remaining substantially populated office/exchanges in prime locations that BT held onto? DYOR. Take care.
Good evening sir. Correct, the city is not seeing stability, nor a company that's investible right now, hence the reason it's being tossed around like a Boris Johnson's hair piece, and them rich little city piggies are filling their boots. So yes, I agree with you in a sense. But this will change my friend, the high value assets BT own are being sold off, and quickly, they are prime location real estate old exchanges which collectively are worth a very substantial sum. The workforce is being decimated, and even quicker once the fibre rollout has completed. AI is playing a big part In BT right now which will equate to an even further reduction of the workforce. And what does this mean, coupled with inflation linked price hikes. Yes, margins increase profits go up, capex goes down. As I said, please buckle up..
Good evening my fellow delusional optimists, I hope you're all enjoying the ride. It strikes me some here are so far under there is no room for optimism, a bit like your old C3 grade employees that BT were trying to push off the tower for years, finally they're succeeding. P/E ratio - BT is undervalued, by a lot, fact! It's simple , the City is waiting on the new CEO's approach, they don't like change, or any kind of uncertainty, mostly working off the rumour mill and hedging there bets until logic prevails. And it will, eventually, once Alison has "proven" herself. As stated previously stay buckled up and we'll teach the destination safely. Take care
Good evening ladies and gentleman, I trust you are all well. I refer you to my previous post. We did indeed stop at £1.05 and are now making our way back to stop £1.60. I believe Kintbury has exited at stop £1.05, and all passengers remaining on board (and strapped in I might add) will have a journey via multiple destinations back to £1.60. ALL ABOARRRRDDDD and take care.
Welcome aboard the BT bus, please remaining seated with seatbelts fastened, it's going to be a bumpy ride. Next stop £1.05, kintbury capital please alight here. All remaining passengers we will then be rerouting back to stop £1.15, followed by an onward journey to £1.60. Anyone wishing to alight before £1.60 please be aware you will not be welcome back on board. Safe journey and take care
