I hold a reasonable amount of shares in eqtec plc and have decided to get in contact with you.

Firstly there has been major selling going on within the company over the last year, by your major shareholder Ebioss (Which was proven in the last holdings update on your website).

Their hasnt been any TR1's/RNS's issued to inform us of what's been going on. The latest update was on the 30th of july on eqtec's website.

Can you please look into this and update a holdings list. As I am 100% confident Ebioss hold alot less than 500million shares (As currently stated on the website).

Under the AIM (irish company) regulations.

I expect a timely reply.

Annoyingly Tim did not mention anything about updating the holdings list. How they can still say, ebioss are not selling is ridiculous.

I'm hoping strand will look into this and let us know.

You will hopefully have seen the TR1 released in connection with Inava’s holding that was released today, having been received by the company yesterday (Sunday). The Company regularly asks its major shareholders for confirmation of their holdings (despite the requirement for the shareholders to submit TR1s if there is any disclosable change in holding) and I can say that EBIOSS confirmed to the company last week that there had been no change to their holding as described on the EQTEC website.

I really think this will be a turning point for the SP.. With what happend with the 'napa' contract investors maybe wary, and need to see a financial close and money transferred.

Need to get some more mou's under the belt to show future interest and more importantly getting one step further for billingham.

Wasnt it mentioned that being held in ireland theres some sort of loophole for not releasing tr1's.

But being on the lse surely you have to comply with lse rules.

I think the more of us that can flood the question to the nomad or FCA will help answer our question.

How can he say to out knowledge we dpnt know of any major sellers??

Really need a holding update to know where were stand with them.

It's a nightmare with how many they held. I hope there around 100mil left.
They should be able to shift a good amount with the north fork confirmation and payment.
