CHIPS has purchased a former lumber mill site in Wilseyville.  In partnership with Phoenix Energy Company, we are in the advanced planning stages of constructing a 3 megawatt gasification facility to provide electricity, heat, jobs, and biochar.

Getting north fork across the line and the short term potential with Phoenix are the key things here. The next contract with Phoenix should not be far off.

It's been a tough share to hold the last year but I guess with the global climate crisis, waste issues and how low the SP is with the potential upside people are getting involved.

I cant see this happening without getting north fork confirmed.
