I'm aware of them and their ilk. ( that betrays my view on shorts).
Ultimately, shorting is counter to economic growth ( apart from the obvious, which is often held offshore and thus of little import to national gdi etc).
I'd make most of these instruments illegal as generally they distort the market's intended function.
Just my view. There may be exceptions though one phone call from the fca 6 years ago ( how did the head get my number?) Taught me there's a different set of rules operating and I had no right to investigate.

We must remember that we have a duty to reduce the debt but only at a rate which satisfies covenant while allowing further development.
Of course selling Catcher might rid us of debt but we need to continually improve free cash flow thereby allowing accelerated reduction in debt and greater revenue for investment.
Satisfying the demand upon us has to be seen in tandem with growth.

Not owing to the oil price.
Not owing to the income from Catcher
Not owing to hidden bad news.
Not a technical correction. Charts offer conflicting views, partly on time scales, partly on market, partly on macro, even geopolitical.
So why? 40% reduction in mcap in 7 trading days, for a 250 company.
Looking at shorts provides little firm evidence.
Looking at bondholders control provides little evidence.
What's left to explain a 40% fall?
Come on guys.

And before anyone tells me the banks and bondholders control it, that's going to change certainly.
