An interesting perspective, particularly so when considered, as you do, in context of recent years. PMO is quite unique/ awkward and rarely fits into any of the traditional or technical analyses.
I bought some... purely in case of a takeover...10k shares, not quids. Can't lose too much.
Gave up hoping PMO would change my life.....4 years ago. Still love the old batch

I'd like to invest in PMO, rather than toe-dipping.
But seriously! Why would anyone.
It's debt is lower than for three years.
It's output is higher.
It's future is brighter.
But the same old games.

Been involved for 5 years.....from 19-140 and all the way down. Snakes and Ladders.
I believe pmo will recover. Perhaps 12 months.
But it will be blown about, on storm-tossed seas ( debt, oil prices, shorters, Covid, geopolitical events.).
I'd be tempted to trade...eh....it rises 6p, sell. Let it retreat. Buy again. Risky but at least you won't be a passive victim of circumstances. Imho
