@Badomen how are you determining their legal classification beyond what their website says and what their Annual Returns declare?

If a firm says that they have transitioned into Production as part of their business model, on what grounds are you disputing that?

@Badomen KOD says on their website that they're a 'producer, explorer and developer'. An in the most recent results, Aylward said explicitly: "The year to 31 March 2025 saw Kodal’s transition from explorer to producer of high quality spodumene concentrates and I look forward to reporting on commercial operations at Bougouni." (this can be read in the operational review section, page 12 of the results).

So I'm not sure where your assertions about what Kodal 'officially' is is coming from?

As for the revenue point, KOD is due to receive revenues once KMUK fulfils its financial obligations.

@Badomen But KOD does not define itself solely as an explorer. As I said to you earlier (and happy to provide the sources if need be), KOD explicitly markets itself as a 'producer, explorer and developer'. And given that it is now receiving revenues, it would change the business model.

@Badomen I don't, no. But I don't think it's as simple as that, the end of KOD's stake in the business would surely constitute a divestment (and therefore a change in the business model).

@Bfdinvestor in a thread titled 'RE: Q2 ' on 14 Apr 2026 (in particular a post at 21:16) you do seem to value KOD based on a comparison to a number of other firms; one being ALL, and another being SML.

Is your position that would should value KOD against these companies should we not?

@bobsinvestor, as was touched on last time this subject was brought up, I don't think think global supply developments will have major impacts on KOD's SP before the firm has overcome some of the 'teething issues' and provided some stronger financials.

@Rob7890 I wasn't commenting on his performance. I did just say however that firm promotion and the SP is not really something he should be focussing on at this stage.

@Rob7890 Given that shareholder value will be returned by production, I think that's his focus rather than dealing with the whims and curiosities of retail investors. At this stage I'm not sure he really should be thinking about prioritising company 'promotion'.
