The proceeds from this offering enable the company to complete its Phase 2 na-SPMS and MSA clinical trials, and achieve top line data readouts in both trials.

Foralumab, a fully human anti-CD3 monoclonal antibody, is a biologic candidate that has been shown to stimulate T regulatory cells when dosed intranasally. Currently, 14 patients with Non-Active Secondary Progressive Multiple Sclerosis (naSPMS) have been dosed in an open-label intermediate sized Expanded Access (EA) Program (NCT06802328) with either an improvement or stability of disease seen within 6 months in all patients. In addition, intranasal foralumab is currently being studied in a Phase 2a, randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled, multicenter, dose-ranging trial in patients with non-active secondary progressive multiple sclerosis (NCT06292923).

Directors have invested another $5 million. Surely shows confidence !

If we are in the right location this time and Mushima also has 4 more serious prospects with similar geology (undrilled to date) then this could be absolutely transformational.

A venture similar to Tym Mushima results with much larger strike however tym at earlier stage and still open north and south so could get bigger than current area 500m2.

One big difference is market cap ...... MMA $250 million.

I first bought into tym at about 7p (10+ years ago) for the Swedish assets and kept averaging down over the years on various false starts/dawns which was painful.

I bought loads more last year as I believed Tym were finally in the right location (Zambia), next to the Big Boys, plus had some serious jv's and the timing felt right and company undervalued ....... I just kept on buying.

I'm just going to hold tight and watch this unfold and good luck to all those who have endured.

There's going to be a buying frenzy when results come out.

May be we are getting someone a bit more dynamic on the board in addition to some company defining news ?

It's been an age for us Lth's ....... but for new investors at this appealing entry level with what we have already spent researching, drilling (with positive mineralisation) and JV drilling etc ...... certainly getting some bang for your buck !

Actually getting a little optimistic here at last ..... surely and finally TYM are in the right location at the right time.

The Company announces that in part settlement of a legacy creditor balance owing by the Company's subsidiary, Sloane Developments Ltd, it is now issuing 5,143,417 new ordinary shares of 0.10p par value each in the Company (the "Settlement Shares"). The Settlement Shares are issued at a price per share of 4.36p, being the prevailing market closing bid share price on 12 January 2026, for a total share consideration of £224,253.

171 million shares now in issue ..... is this number even accurate as don't know how many warrants have been issued ?

The fundamentals don't stack up imo ..... find something else to gamble on.

1. Favourable geology and great location.

2. JV's, current drilling and results due.

3. Focused exploration strategy.

Surely Tertiary Minerals is now finally well-positioned for 2026 and beyond.
