Cobus Loots, CEO of Pan African Resources, on delivering sector-leading returns for shareholders. Watch the video here.
I agree Lancerman, I too think we are closer to an announcement than many of us actually want to believe, but believe we must. I've been invested for over 3 years and the past few months have been quite stressful and especially during this Covid lockdown extended period. I'm sure I'm not alone.
Surely UBS, Citic, DL Piper et al will want to get this over the line SOMEHOW. Let's hope for news before the end of February, so that's 8 more working days to finalise the deal !! I'm just holding tight and trying to now think in days rather than weeks. Must be soon though ..........
GLA
Earlier rns: 513,238 share purchase and 513,238 short closing is VERY significant !
Blackrock's total short position is 408,597 shares, so in effect that would close it's entire short position. It won't be Blackrock, but it demonstrates the size.
Make your decisions as to what this means ....... but surely news soon !!
Register with Clear Capital Markets and they will email a presentation outlining the MED opportunity.: Clean Energy IPO
Kibo is seriously undervalued in my opinion........ accumulate and hold tight and let this unfold.
Unable to get a live quote to buy all day ......... the re-rate is happening and with new blood / volume this will kibooom!
"High growth reserve power plants":
Target to produce 100MW by end of year which will provide free cash flow of
£500,000 per month.
Cash flow within 2 months of listing. Listing price 12.5p.
25% of shareholding on offer to public. There should be huge interest based on recent IPO 's and successful marketing strategy.
300 MW will produce £18 million of free cash flow per year according to info.
Market cap post IPO = £23.5million.
What's this IPO worth after 12 months ? My rough estimate (10×FCF) =£60million plus if targets and expansion achieved.
Kibo will have 55% (potential £12m asset at ipo), which is more than kibo current market cap, plus there's MED potential sp rise post IPO.
PLUS there is KAT value plus African mega potential.
It's a huge opportunity for lth to buy in here before wider market realises the potential. The above is based on IPO presentation. I will try to post link this afternoon as on mobile. Look for Clear capital markets.
Looks good in my opinion but DYOR.
Hoping we get USA Gov ACTIV funding like SYN announced this morning (fast track) for our covid treatment too.
Syn have a market cap of £380m and tils £262 with more potential in my opinion.
Lots in the pipeline here.
Surely it's no coincidence that the new Cameroon licences are within a SHEAR ZONE.
This 3500km 2 is the size of the main productive Senegal Mali shear zone with up to 30 million ounces of discoveries.
Sampling, mapping and vital gravity surveys to follow there later this year. The data can be used to create 3D models of the subsurface.
They have specifically chosen this license area ....... it could be life changing (loads more potential here).
In the meantime, we await Senegal drilling results, Cameroon drilling and trenching, plus I believe it is economic for them to move rig straight to Wapouze so hopefully get drilling results there in late Q2.
More drilling results soon from Djibouti too.
The potential here from imminent drilling results within the next 3 - 6 weeks and the new licence gravity surveys ....... still hasn't been realised !
A multi bagger within a multi bagger !
Well, couldn't resist another top up. Nearly 50k shares here now.
No guarantees here obviously, but let's see what the year of the OX has for us ........
Shorts reducing in USA so up we go.
Now need news next week.
Long term comfortable hold for pipeline results.
Great post Mac.
We are in a supercycle and all our metals are in high demand.
PLUS our resources are open pit, bonanza grades, layered, high pd to pt ratio, under $400 per ounce to mine which is amazing, all infrastructure, workforce and refinery in place, up to 40 million ounce resource plus copper / nickel / other metals ........ prices have increased by up to 50% (pt for example) since Oct 2019.
I can go on ............
I think the size of this sale will surprise a few people or we mine it ourselves via Sino deal. It's a Win Win !
I believe February will be our month (if not then March ..... as this surely has to be wrapped up soon).
I'm jumping ahead here I know, however if they have stumbled across a copper deposit that is open pit, at depth, in quantity and a reasonably high % copper content ........... then this will be absolutely unstoppable. Copper prices have seen big increase too.
Take a look at CLC mine images in Spain via Google (one of the world's richest copper mines: 5 -6% copper per tonne ) ......... it's top 5 in the world and a monster.
Average international grades are around 1%.
TYM have mentioned high grade samples of between 4 - 6%, but need to do more exploratory work .......... well, you just never know !!
I will be happy with any positive news on any of the projects to be honest as I have been invested for a few years now and continually averaged down.
GLA
Couldn't resist another top up at these levels.
10 x 500k share buys in the last hour: last one .585 paid, well above the ask.
Bodes well for Friday or Monday news ....... surely can't keep rising without news - not that I am complaining.
Brunston Pass or may be even Storuman news
Since Citic and VTB Capital got involved in October 2019, the price of our pt has increased by around 50% from $800 to $1200 an ounce. So all our pgm's plus the copper and nickel are worth €€ billions more.
The $400 increase will effectively cover the cost of mining all our PGM's (per ton).
1.5 years down the line, we have informal bids and UBS, DL Piper, Citic and all other advisers are still here to get the deal done.
We are being tested to the end, but a little more patience ........
