BGold Mineração Ltda and MTGOLD MINERAÇÃO LTDA . I have done some research and believe that Azevedo and Misk are involved /own these companies and have chosen to monetise these assets using JAN's UK listing.

Brian McMaster also has 30 years leadership track record with Rio Verde Minerals and Bravo Mining, so all have fingers in numerous pies.

At the Company's option, a further £500,000 in new Jangada Ordinary Shares (based on a future 20-day VWAP) can be issued to the vendors to increase Jangada's interest to 50.1% in Paranaíta.

I think they will announce assay results then increase ownership to 50.1%. Effectively more shares in JAN for owners of MTGold (see above) before the share price takes off (even if it does spikes up it will be based on 20 days vwap so probably around 1.7p.

I wouldn't be surprised if it becomes 100% owned at some point (how else get big cashbacks). Directors want to go out with a flourish and all are deeply interlinked in Brazilian mining and now fully loaded with shares in UK listed JAN, even Brian McMaster with recent subscription of £100,000 at 1.4p. All have options and or warrants too, so bod in commanding position.

1p warrants have been flushed through in an orderly fashion (no surprise as bod ultimately in control) whilst keeping the share price within range and not disconnected.

All set up for news and a transformational 2026.

Directors also subscribed for 23 million Shares in the recent Fundraising.

Just tried to top as been out all morning. I can sell a load but nt to buy even a small amount, then price jumped to 1.78 to buy. Again just now, I can't get a live quote again with ii so will go up again.

Tertiary have secured absolutely critical ground at the heart of what is now emerging as one of the world’s premier copper districts, ground that today would be virtually impossible for anyone, but a major to acquire. It’s ground now at the centre of a geopolitical tug-of-war between the US and China as they compete for access to this vital copper supply.

At the heart of that contest is Angola’s Lobito Corridor, a $2.1 billion Western-backed effort to upgrade a railway into a major Atlantic export route for copper and other critical minerals by extending it into Zambia and the DRC. Meantime, China is financing a separate eastward rail link to the Indian Ocean via Tanzania.

TYM has a technical alliance with First Quantum, jv with Kobold and drilling in progress / results from Mushima, so plenty of upside in Zambia (currently not reflected in the share price).

REE announcement today:

U.S. Government announces support for the Monte Muambe Rare Earths project. The multi-commodity Monte Muambe Project in northwest Mozambique is a highly prospective tenement hosting rare earths, fluorspar, and gallium mineralisation.

Our Swedish fluorspar project still might get the go ahead and surely Sweden want more UK/Euro/USA companies in situ to deflect any attention from Russia.

Bod have purchased almost £1 million in shares ...... surely a good sign.

I bought more last week and intend to accumulate and hold.

Mapping and geophysics indicate that the mineralised structure continues for at least 500m west of the current defined 400m resource strike length.

With an initial JORC resource of 130,000 ounces of gold, outstanding high-grade intercepts from drilling including 6.5m at 10.5 g/t and 1m at 200 g/t and clearly identified expansion potential, Molly is an excellent addition to our portfolio.

19 holes already drilled (appox 2800m) and a further 2000 m of diamond drilling on the project within next 3 months.

Monster in the making .......hold tight and watch both near surface gold projects unfold and who knows.... this bod could easily do something with the Pitombeiras Vanadium-Titanium asset.

The fundamentals are what count here and the low market cap - not the daily 'action / noise'.

TYM are steadily climbing up the value curve on several fronts imo.

Sit and hold or accumulate when possible is my current strategy.
