Progressing, not cancelled ...... sounds positive imo. I can wait another few days or weeks.
NextChemX are certainly being incentivised here to do a deal with Clontarf. If they take up the shares within 30 days at .0065 plus achieve success / results with the brine tech at each stage, then they will own approx 20% of Clon, so it's a win win for both companies. Clon seem confident they can do a deal with Bolivia (NextChemX need clon to negotiate this) and this new joint venture with NextChemX will as I understand it mean 'tech extraction exclusivity' for Clon in respect to the whole of Bolivia.
It will be an amazing journey here if we can get this deal signed off .... GLA
Clontarf £8 million market cap vs Arena Minerals £200 million (TSX listed).
Arena have secured lithium brine acreage in Argentina, drilled a few holes and done some testing. Not done much to warrant £200 million cap in my opinion.
IF Clon can secure Bolivian territory via Peter O'toole, sign up with new tech company then this could 20 bag quite easily. The risk reward here is huge in my opinion and DYOR.
GM investing $650 million into Argentina lithium brine ......
Lithium Americas (£2 billion market cap company buying 65% stake in Arena minerals).
BIG money being invested by numerous companies into golden triangle!
Just wanted to correct the brine situation (samples taken ...... not the 20,000 litres yet):
"The Company's September 2022 auger campaign on six priority medium-sized salt-lakes in Bolivia yielded lithium grades in all samples taken. Its recent near-surface sampling from auger samples included results of 1,420 mg/l at one target salt-lake, and 1,010 mg/l at another. The overall grade averaged 211 mg/l. Future drilling will identify the priority brine zones to be tapped, subject to all necessary permitting and applicable laws."
"The HoA provides for the formation of a Joint Venture once successful extraction of lithium has been demonstrated by the Company. It is agreed, therefore,
that the Company will receive certain quantities of the Bolivian brines available to Clontarf to test the operational capabilities of the Company’s iTDE
System. Testing will be carried out using the Company’s iTDE pilot plant currently under construction. The plant will be expected to test approximately
1,000 liters of Bolivian brines at a time in a 20,000 liter trial run. The Company anticipates that the new pilot plant will be operational at the beginning of
Q2 2023"
I believe Clontarf have already collected the brines ready for testing........ not long to wait even for the impatient.
Anyone else notice this:
"Additionally, under the terms of the HoA and taking into account the introduction of the iTDE Technology by Clontarf to two of its associated companies,
the Company will be obliged to grant Clontarf a 15% contributing interest in the Company’s component of the agreed structure. However, there is no
obligation or understanding that would require the Company to enter into any such arrangements with any third party at the present time."
The second largest lithium deposit in the world, Bolivia Gov seem ready now (Chinese also investing $1 billion into Bolivia lithium extraction) plus combined with new technology from $300 million NextChemX ........ surely CLON is worth more than £5 million. Added this morning and believe this has multi bag potential (DYOR). Early days here ....... HOLD tight in my opinion !!!
CEO ALSO SEEMS EXCITED:
Benton Wilcoxon, CEO of Next-ChemX commented: "This first agreement with a mining company in one of the most important regions for lithium extraction is an exciting development. We are ready to demonstrate the capabilities of our technology in the coming months and to launch the worldwide deployment of our ion-Targeting Extraction Systems."
Great update and worth a look ....... thanks.

USA will be forced to recognise / utilise our Genedrive test in my opinion as estimated malpractice litigation settlements in cases related to deafness caused by the use of aminoglycosides average over US$1.1 million per case. £80 test versus millions in litigation / settlement costs.
In 2021, 3.7 million babies were born in the USA, with 10.5% born prematurely. It was estimated that malpractice litigation settlements in cases related to deafness caused by the use of aminoglycosides average over US$1.1 million per case.
So assuming 380,000 tests at £80 = £30 million annually just from USA........ plus UK, Europe, Asia etc etc sales could potentially equate to over 100 million annually.
Loads more potential with the othe gene test too. It's a simple hold tight in my opinion.
Surely worth more than current market cap?? DYOR
Thanks for posting the link Iky ...... excellent https://investingstrategy.co.uk/stock-tips/is-premier-african-minerals-the-best-lse-lithium-stock-to-watch-in-2023/
Don't be fooled into selling ......... the perfect culmination is in my opinion about to unfold ..... keep our shares and receive dividends going forward.
Advisers still onboard are wrapping this up.
JV and part sale
New shares to be issued to 20% owner of Monchetundra is a possibility as they will want to shares and dividends like BOD and all other shareholders.
Hold tight
