Thanks Paddy. Had a read through and to be honest most of the information went over my head but it certainly gives you an idea of the complexities of mining and why these things take time before becoming fully operational. One part that sticks in my head is page 1 where it says,
"To date the resource has been subject to early stage evaluation, via approved exploration activities,
which indicates potential for an economically viable operation. As the resource is yet to be confirmed,
Newcrest is seeking to commence underground mining operations in a staged approach".
I suppose they have to use words like potential to cover their backsides lol. Once again thanks you are a legend.
