I can understand investors being frustrated, when guidelines/timeframes communicated via rns less than 3 months ago are late. If it was an isolated occasion you could make allowances, but it's every single time.

Hopefully we hear something very soon, in regards to drilling in q2, the clock is definitely ticking.

There is an extraordinary council of ministers meeting in government buildings today in Timor Leste, you never know it might be our lucky day.

Its make or break. The longer we have to wait though, the more unlikely it's positive.

If Sunda cannot fulfill their commitment to drill Chuditch-2 in q2 2026 surely that would require a rns.

That raises as many questions as answers, as to why things seemed to have stalled at Chuditch.

With the psc expiring in mid June, it's certainly a concern. We are not looking for a ridiculous amount of money considering the potential benefits, so it would suggest there are barriers that we are not directly aware off.

Morale is at an all time low. Commitments made in last rns only 11 weeks ago are missed again. Even ABs most vocal supporters seem to be realising that drilling in q2 2026 is increasingly unlikely.

Where does Sunda go from here? Psc expires in mid June, will it be extended? Sp is on the floor.

Id imagine even the most vocal of Andy Butler supporters would admit the Chuditch-2 drill in h1 2026 is unlikely.

If anything, I think we were closer to drilling it this time last year, from the outside looking in, we seem to be swimming against the tide.

When the current extension to the psc expires in June 2026, what are the ramifications for Sunda Energy? Is it in Timor Gaps long term interest to deliberately delay the project?

I think its just a consequence of very low volume of trades recently.

All the more reason not to make statements/ dates they have no control over.

Personally I find it frustrating when on Oct 9 during the ii webinar AB stated he expected the environmental permits to be delivered before the Timor-Leste Energy Summit in late November.

Six days later in the rns it was pushed out to q4 2025. What is the point in communicating these dates to investors if they are repeatedly missed. Its more than likely beyond AB's control but it's a symptom of his time in charge and before that too off over promising and under delivering.

The first tranche of the environmental permits were submitted in Oct 2023, how long are we expected to wait?

We need to know how likely drilling in Chuditch-2 is in q2 2026.

If there is no news this week an explanation is required on Jan 5.

Timor gap actually wanted to drill q4 this year, it was Sunda who looked for h1, citing weather conditions.

Anyone raising a glass to Sunda's management is deluded or trolling. Its been a horrendous year, every major decision has backfired. The cln deal has shown that shareholders will be sacrificed if need be.

Every deadline proposed by management has been missed, sometimes more than once.

There has not been one positive action all year and if I was to rate their performance to date this year it would be 1/10, and even at that its hard to see where they gain the 1.

0.3p seems more than optimistic now.

We look to be as far away from drilling as we were this time last year, you could argue we are in a worse position.

Actually, you wouldn't need to argue, we definitely are.

Until we drill Chuditch, everything else is irrelevant. If AB can't deliver his commitments from only 9 weeks ago, we are in for a very rocky new year.
