Buy out Panoro's interest in Aje OML-113 for circa ... $25m - $30m .... or takeover Panoro (PEN:OSL) lock stock and barrel and that acquires their interest in Gabon & Tunisia Oil fields in one hit ... current m/cap 1.04bn NOK = $122m US ... or £93.5m with a 15% premium to be added (circa $140m).
Utilise their expertise and tie-in with BWO to service all the offshore fields with upgraded FPSO's ... and all the links to investment from the Sheikh's contacts to further develop the gas finds that have already been identified.

Hang on in there Norwegians .... could be your turn next.

Once institutions come on board this could be transferred to the main market and be worth £500m + .... the Sheikh has recently been signing up all the African countries to a MOU (memorandum of understanding) in the past 6 months ... this will be the vehicle (new ADM) that will be the driving force to get oil, gas and electricity to all the African countries that are desperate for energy ... money no object, with unlimited backing.

The tiny minnow MXO could be equated to how Manchester City FC (sorry for last night) was transformed overnight by the backing of monumental Arab money into one of the top 5 richest football clubs in the world ... and look where they are now. With the strategically positioned Agbami, Aje & Egina (Nigeria) & Dussafu & Tortue (Gabon) oil fields and future gas (LPG) producing wells that could easily be linked to the existing West African Gas Pipeline to serve the whole of the west coast of Africa.... The Sheikh is being very far-sighted and clever for returns when the Saudi Oil runs out.

He and his band of Maktoum brothers would think nothing of dropping the odd £500k in a Casino for a night's entertainment ... it is chicken feed to them, I have been there and seen it (Monaco, London & Brighton).

But they are ultra competitive and ruthless in their business dealings ... so my bet is on a RTO of Superdielectrics Ltd, where MXO has 195,000 shares (bought at £4.32 last year) as a vehicle to bring it to the market as a quoted company considering Sheikh Ahmed's aircraft interest in Emirates Airline and the future for developing electric powered aircraft currently being developed by Rolls Royce Aero, Airbus & Siemens in a JV with Superdielectrics ........

I take it you are monitoring the goings on here ... in the past you have always had some good insight into the company and the shenanigans that have been perpetrated by the conniving BOD and their cohorts.

Before Stefan and The Chinese are at break even on their holdings, bought at 0.93p, 0.95p, 0.99p, 1.00p and 1.50p.... Waiting now for the next significant shareholders statement, with the dilution from the new shares and The Sheikh's involvement at 30%.... Who will be The Sheikh's representative as non-executive Chairman?... Will he swing the axe and wave goodbye to freeloading, overpaid board members and get the ship back on course, without the flights of fancy from the past.?

The new strategic investor may bring additional value to the company through his network, experience and access to capital, oil and gas operations.
The investors is taking 29% of the company.
MX Oil plc (LON:MXO) traded lower in Monday morning’s deals after it raised £680,000 through a share placing, with Sheikh Ahmed Bin Dalmook Al Maktoum taking up a 29.86% stake in the company.

The company highlighted that the strategic investor has a portfolio of privately held investments that focus on energy projects, LNG terminal development, commodity and oil trading as well as other industries.

It is anticipated that the investor may be able to add considerable value through the use of its knowledge, network, experience and access to capital.

"I'm delighted to welcome an extremely influential and knowledgeable strategic investor into MX Oil who I believe can bring significant value and provide access to opportunities and partners who we would not be able to access without them," said Stefan Oliver, MX chief executive.

The investor has the right to appoint one person to the board of directors and it is expected that, subject to approvals, the appointee will become the company’s non-executive chairman.
The share placing will see 1.7bn new shares , each priced at 0.04p, with Sheikh Ahmed Bin Dalmook Al Maktoum is subscribing for 1.33bn of the shares.
It is expected that the placing shares will be admitted to AIM on or around 18 April.

I am with Barclays Smart Investor ... the trades were completed on-line in a matter of minutes yesterday morning.
Although there was a warning that charges and spread could be over £700 for £19k worth, it transpired that the same amount of value for the buy and sell were executed, the only difference was the dilution in the number of shares which amounted to £40.85 of value on a greatly reduced spread.
