Correction:

£47,250 is what his increased holding is worth (wrong decimal place ... ffs) ... but where did these extra shares come from?

From the last recorded significant shareholder notification, dated 31st October 2018, it shows:
Stefan Olivier holds 63,000,000 shares = 2.27% of the issued share capital.

In the list of directors share dealings (last 3 recorded dealings are for August 2016) it shows him acquiring 10m shares and that is his recorded total holding ... so where did the other 53m shares come from?

Surely, these cannot include his shares for salary option... at current prices, values his holding at £472,500 at 0.075p per share ... when if I remember rightly his holding at 1p for the 10m shares = £100k the last time I calculated.

With the news I posted earlier (Total set to approve new oil project offshore Nigeria) ... there is also talk on the Norwegian board that Tullow Oil has upped its stake in Panoro's Dussafu (Gabon) field and has taken up the farm-in option.... perhaps our Norwegian friend Spitzer can confirm on here (I cannot register on the Hegnar.no forum because I do not have a Norwegian mobile number, they do not accept the UK code of 44, to ask there and relay comments about MXO).
The new focus on the region and companies willing to invest in deepwater drilling can only be of benefit to us.

This will draw attention to the Gulf Of Guinea offshore projects ... with improving oil prices it might spur other Multi- Nationals to get involved ... who knows Aje OML-113 might become a gusher given the right management.

Offload completed at Rotterdam, draught reduced to 8.8m from 11.2m ... next destination is Sullom Voe, GB 19/01/2019

Arrived safely off Hook of Holland, stopped awaiting pilot to board and manoeuver to offtake dock.

Will be interesting to see what the draught reduces to when unloaded, before ballast is taken on. This will give us a guide to what the cargo payload was.

Ironically, the Pacific Jewels laden with our last lift from Front Puffin sailed past my house at Rottingean, 15 miles offshore, at around 6pm today on its way to Rotterdam ... on schedule for offload at Rotterdam tomorrow.

Jim, I concur with you 100%, this company (MXO) couldn't manage a piss up in a brewery ... when you compare it to Panoro there is no comparison, Stefan and colleagues are complete amateurs.... just hope there is a rabbit to be pulled from the hat, but future possible investors in this shambles are running a mile or hiding until there is a change of management.

You should contact Stefan Olivier (CEO) MXO or Align Research and ask: Why so quiet? Align Research don´t write about MXO anymore. No news or the simulation study has been announced by MXO.

My understanding is that drilling one or two oil wells in 2019 will be on hold until the Aje license is aligned.

M&A activities to follow?

I have asked Align Research - what about MXO - no reply.

However, I still expect drilling a Turonian well and/or a Cenomanian well will be the case medio / utlimo 2019.

Gunnarius, we meet with a brick wall from SO, he is hiding somewhere or living the high life on his inflated salary, paid for by shareholders of MXO ... for him "Silence Is Golden" ...
But the disclosure of a diversified investment in SuperdialectricsLtd by MXO of 195,000 shares gives us hope he may one-day surprise us. Someone has said this alone is worth £1m at the moment and could "fly" on news from Rolls Royce Aero, Airbus & Siemens in the collaboration to produce a viable electric airplane....

Hi to all the guys/gals in Norway who monitor our posts on here and comment on the excellent Hegnar.No forum.... it is mainly because of your postings that we learn what is going on at AJE 113 ... we get sweet f*ck all from MXO CEO spokesman Stefan Olivier this side of the North Sea.
We are the minnow in the Nigerian offshore project shared with Panoro Energy (PEN:OSL) perhaps Norwegian contributor "Fly Fisherman" can net us a catch ... (fishing Joke)

The oil price tops $61.30pb as I write this with talk of further rises.
Oil tanker Pacific Jewels is sailing NNE (13 deg.) at 12.2knots av. speed, latest position today at noon (UTC) is in the Atlantic off Lisbon, Portugal bound for Rotterdam, Netherlands, on schedule to arrive 14th January with our cargo of crude from the latest lift from Front Puffin.... at 11.2mtrs draught (2.5mtrs increase from when docked at FP) ...

We thought we were a one trick pony with only AJE OML 113, but what was uncovered by one of our diligent posters in December 2018, we have an investment of 195,000 shares in a private limited start-up company specializing and developing Super Capacitors ... Superdialectrics Ltd., that has been collaborating with Rolls Royce Aero, Airbus & Siemens for future Electric Airplanes since March 2016 ... backed by Bristol, Surrey and Cambridge Universities. This came as an utter surprise to all of us after the company announced a change in investment policy in September 2017 to diversify into future energy projects that are environmentally beneficial ... no mentions of what they had invested in, just a note in the last accounts (Dec 31, 2017) but no investment named.... there could be others for all we know (hope there is) ........
This could be transformational for MXO, with gold plated collaborators involved in the investment, it's value could soar and would be very exciting should it be launched on the market (which it inevitably will be to achieve funding), our holding would be worth £millions, unless the MXO management mess it up.

So please keep us informed in Norway and we hope to collaborate and exchange our info with you, as and when it surfaces.... apologies for anything lost in translation.

So am I right in calculating 18 Portage shares (currently @ 11 Canadian cents) = 0.11 x 18 = Can$1.98 = £1.17 sterling + 20p SALV share price on AIM = £1.37 SP

Jim, thank you again for your continuing information.
As shareholders, don't you think, following the adopted revised diversified investment policy RNS (12/09/2017) we should have been told what MXO had invested in (using shareholders money?), as I can find no later RNS's informing us that an investment had been made in Superdialectrics Ltd.
How much was invested?
What was the date of the investment that acquired 195,000 shares?
Who brokered the investment?
What is the current valuation of the investment?
It is like there is a constant fog that covers the dealings and operations of MXO under Stefan's captaincy, this creates unease and suspicion, which is reflected in the SP.
If it wasn't for the valuable efforts of Tonnacombe and others, we would have been none the wiser that this investment had been made, we were kept in the dark as usual by SO, no wonder we consider him "shifty" and not fit to run the company on his inflated salary, based on past disappointments.

Why would a PLC, namely MXO, be listed on the up-to-date register of shareholders of Superdialectrics Ltd. (No. 20 with 195,000 ordinary shares) on the confirmation of shareholders list 21/12/2018?
How and where were the funds sourced to find the money to invest in this company?
Was the investment made with Shareholder agreement, if so when?
Is it really Stefan Olivier hiding behind MXO name, to invest misappropriated funds for his own benefit?
With names from the past involved (Frangos & Co. from Cornhill), what are they expecting to achieve?
As I said before, having MXO already as a shareholder, is the intention to bring the very promising Superdialectrics Ltd to market using MXO's listing on AIM in a reverse takeover? ... It would make sense to me.
How would the market react to such news?

On the subject of Dr. Johnny Hon, I will look through the RNS's at the time he was active, I know for sure there were some matched trades when he offloaded stock by way of transfer to one of the Chinese and I am also sure that JIM Nominees (shareholder no. 21 on the list with 96,000 ordinary shares in Superdialectrics Ltd., what a coincidence?) facilitated the transfer of Dr. Johnny's holdings at this time.

While we wallow in the mire and in need of resuscitation, our JV partners in Aje, Panoro Energy, are flying higher again.
From a sub 11.00 NOK (Norwegian Kroner) on 27th December, they today hit 15.20 NOK ...what a contrast to MXO.
MInd you, they had slumped from a year high of 23.40 NOK on October 2nd mainly due to the falling oil price.
With Brent Crude now climbing back to $60pb this should consolidate the rise, together with the implementation of their prospectus published in December before Xmas.
So with good management and proper planning schedules, together with keeping their shareholders fully informed, it is a lesson to MXO of how to do things right.

Jim, thank you for your valuable insight into the Chinese puzzle.
You say that Dr Johnny is owed money for consultancy by MXO, what would this consultancy work consist of?
He is known for introducing finance from the Chinese community and it was obvious that his initial shareholdings were being transferred to them from the reports at the time (RNS).

So if he were being paid by MXO to procure and source investors, with promises from SO and Co, on the basis of new projects in Granada, he too was party to the deception and only has himself to blame.

It appears we have a CEO who is misleading and cheating investors (and shareholders) whilst taking a huge salary in the process, if so, this needs to be investigated by the powers that be. That being the case, all the other directors of MXO are complicit in the subterfuge.

Has to be more than a coincidence with all these familiar names involved.

My conspiracy theory brain kicked in when I saw the names on the share register for Superdielectrics Ltd with some familiar names involved ...

Could it be, MXO as an AIM listed shareholder with holdings in the company, could provide a quick and easy entry into the AIM market for Superdialectrics by way of a reverse takeover ...in other words use the auspices of MXO as a shell company to bring it to market?

With Stefan being the slippery character we have come to love (and hate), I wouldn't put it past him and his cronies at Cornhill (past and present) to engineer some sort of takeover/buyout of MXO for it's intellectual property now the SP has dropped to a pittance together with the MCAP.... perhaps aided by the mystery Chinese and Dr Johnny Hon.

I welcome comments from those with more experience of this sort of thing.

Looking at the shareholder list, there are big holdings by the following connected people:

Shareholding No.8 Andrew Knatchbull .............812,000 shares
Shareholding No.9 RAB Capital Holdings Ltd .... 12,180,000 shares (where the above 3 are active directors)

So there are some very big players involved, individually or in concert with their company.

Rolls Royce (Aero) & Siemens signed a collaboration agreement with Superdialectrics last March 2018 ....
couldn't get a better JV than that for their technology.
