I suspect that the RNS may not come until all the other finance is in place. Avoiding a drip feed of information. We don’t know the full make up of the equity club.

That said, it wouldn’t surprise me if Friday is news day.

Next week is just fine by me for any new RNS. The later in the week the better. I'm hoping to also make a top up early next week

In summary… $630m deals take time. Nothing adverse which requires shareholder notification. On target for FID & start construction before end of year, hope to announce equity club shortly.

Great spot @Chromo. This is some good news. I was going to say that the share price move could just be a correction. I suspect it was overbought in the last fortnight up to £0.75, so probably best to view this over the last 3 months rather than the last 2 weeks. An announcement at the end of October would be long overdue, but welcome. It's frustrating that Atome Investor relations team don't seem willing to address the issues related to poor comms.

You know my confidence in this company, maybe that's why I'm impatient and hungry for news. It's a significant investment, and radio silence like we've had since early September makes us all nervous!!

Pretty poor communications management again from Atome here. Whilst appreciating that pulling all the finance loose ends together is challenging, I wish that they would recognise that missing estimated timelines is not something they should be remaining mute about. The September press release clearly indicated that September would see a number of RNS with updates, for example on Equity club formation and it's radio silence.

I hope that they will review the comms team effectiveness and do something which addresses this, rather than allow the SP to drift on confidence alone.

I agree completely - 12 month target from SP Angel seems reasonable to me. I'd be very happy with that. There is so much in the Atome pipeline though with Yguazu and Costa Rica, Atome Energy and Green Fuel EHF in Iceland. Villeta could be a real catalyst for Market confidence. I think this is why FID is so important. It's not really about Villeta, it's a signal about the viability of the whole portfolio IMO

It’s still a decent buy. £0.613 is my average, so it’s nice to think that a negative is probably at an end. June 2022 seems a long time ago. That was my first buy. £200 then, and of course, no one knew anything about Atome at that time, but this just seemed like a project that the world won’t let fail. Since then I’ve bought at £1.22 and £0.38 and everything in between so I think it’s about time this one paid me back.

A couple of late announced transactions immediately after Oliver would have completed his presentation. 50,000 block at around half 1 is massively encouraging. Anyone read anything about how his presentation was received, or perhaps joined the weblink?

He mentions Bolivia instead of Paraguay and his understanding of the timelines was off, but working on the basis of sentiment alone, he's certain of the business opportunity, and the likelihood that as Ammonia fertilizer price inflation could be a very positive thing. It'd by nice to hear from Atome via RNS soon, but all publicity is good publicity they say...... SP appears very firmly in a positive state. I think coiled spring is tightening pending an announcement. (I hope so)

The sell price has been gradually laddering up from 60-61 in tiny jumps, but pretty consistent for past two days trading.

I can’t help thinking this is like a coiling spring. I think IFC can’t release their decision independently because it would impact the share price, so it needs to come from Atome first. That’s not to say a decision wasn’t made though!!

I thought we’d see something this week. I still do. Friday is often the day for RNS so fingers crossed everyone. And if not… well, just sit back & enjoy the weekend anyway
