I emailed Tim @ Flagstaff at 3.33am UK time with the full text of Lonny's tweets, together with a request for a formal statement from the Company asap, and sent a confirmatory text message to his mobile a few minutes later. I am quite certain that at least six other genuine investors here did the same during the UK early hours.

@Croxie - exactly what has been requested to the Company and its advisors, who I guess will just be sipping their first coffees of the day.

If owed money, you would first issue a written request. If ignored or denied, you would then resort to formal legal action. You certainly wouldn't make threats on social media - it could be construed as an attempt at blackmail, and it would certainly detract from any future legal proceedings you might bring. Lonny must know this as a former director of listed companies, so why the outburst that helps no one?

Formal requests have been made to the Company to issue a statement urgently, that covers both the apparent Lonny dispute and as much detail as can be revealed at this stage with regard to the situation in Morocco.

@Donal. The two sites I marked on my map as MOU-NE & MOU-NW received initial EIA two years ago, I assume from today's RNS that some kind of renewal of approval is necessary. I suspect - but emphasise I do not know - that there is less likely to be mobilised salt that far away - there does not appear to be any diapiric activity nearby, but I would like to see some detailed gravimetric data that would give at least an indication of that.

I repeat that you do not go ahead putting in the time and expense of working up new drill sites and a virtual data room for farm-out unless you are very sure that this is an economic prospect.

1. T & T will build over the year, without the need for any financial investment nor personnel time & effort from PRD. Everything is done by third parties, PRD just receive the cash. Nice arrangement.

2. Not only is MOU-3 shallow sands perforation & testing (incl. presumably sustained flow-testing - minimum 30 days?) to be finished in July, but that PRD intend to sell off a chunk of it to "an indigenous entity", not just do a gas sales agreement. That entity may or may not be Afriquia Gaz. That means an incoming cash lump sum short term, as well as sustained income from ongoing sales. Nice arrangement, again.

3. MOU-5 details still to come - I did caution last week this could be a while because of the substantial input needed from third parties - my expectation is 2nd week of April.

May I make a small correction? NuTech in Houston is interpreting the petrophysical data - i.e. the logs - this is all digital data and is likely to have been turned round by now. Key will be resistivity, which should indicate the presence or otherwise of hydrocarbons.

Drill cuttings have to be packed up and physically sent to Rockwash in Llandudno for petrographic analysis, where they have to be processed and sorted, then numerous thin sections cut and examined to determine mineralogy, grain size, cementation, porosity, and the possibility of current or previous hydrocarbon content. This data is then digitised and is complementary to the petrophysical data, so the two data sets can then be computationally analysed.

I trust you realise that this cannot be done overnight, nor can conclusions of sufficient robustness be made to present to potential farmin partners. Flagstaff are correct, imo, to caution folks not to speculate with inadequate data - conclusions should not be drawn based just on a possible oil film in a waste pit.

I appreciate that not everyone understands the reference to salt in the last RNS. I have posted on X a seismic slice across onshore / offshore Morocco either side of Essaouira - this shows salt diapirs (domes) from late Triassic times intruding upwards into the overlying Jurassic and later strata, and in some case folding over and migrating sideways, thus forming potential hydrocarbon traps.

We now seem to have a similar phenomenon at Guercif, although there is no modern detailed seismic showing if there are trapping structures, nor whether (if they exist) that they contain hydrocarbons. We will find out one day. Salt is great for sealing traps, since it is so impervious. Many of the big hydrocarbon fields, such as in the Gulf of Mexico, are based on trapping in salt structures.

@Turtlewax. My posts of 10 Aug 24 were largely quoting references related to the potential for MOU-5, including the possibilities for gas, condensates and oil. Until we see a further RNS, I am refraining from speculating, as requested by the company & communicated by Flagstaff.

However, we have already been told by the last RNS is that there has been previously unexpected salt migration from the already known diapir (imaged on 06-ML-03 seismic), 30m of carbonates, and an unexpected 20m thick potential reservoir of good quality sand beneath the carbonates. Hopefully the next RNS will tell us if the salt is providing an effective seal, if these identified potential reservoirs are hydrocarbon bearing, and if so, what kind of hydrocarbons.

Until then, I am getting on with my life.

I have received loads of questions overnight regarding yesterday's announcement, many of a technical nature. Quite simply, most of these cannot be answered at the present time. Please look at the heading yesterday: 'PRELIMINARY mou-5 drilling results'. So far, all we have been told is what strata they drilled through, and an initial comparison with pre-drill expectations based on seismic. All I will say is that in the MOU-5 risking section of the Jan 24 ITR, the main factors were, in order: reservoir effectiveness, migration, and seal effectiveness. It would seem from what we have been told so far that at least the risks associated with seal & reservoir have been greatly reduced. I really think further speculation is going to be of little value, until some proper log data is released: net reservoir thickness, porosity & permeability, gas saturation, gas composition, etc., Please remember what Paul said about the requirement for instant results on social media - the reality is that the log data needs to be properly interpreted, and the petrographic work concluded before the chances of commerciality can be discussed objectively. That may be next week or next month, I don't know that either. Frustrating. Of course, but that is the nature of O & G exploration.

Paul has always said they are not going to develop the Jurassic, but prove there is gas there and then bring someone in with deep pockets to co-develop. This is exactly what he has done. Would you prefer a huge capital raise so that PRD do it all themselves?

There is good reason there is no immediate flow test. Doing that would result in the payment of $1M to ONHYM for the discovery bonus. Do you want PRD to pay that out of existing cash/do another placing? There are several companies waiting to pay cash to come in and work with PRD - the idea is that they will also pay for the bonus. Same for MOU-3 shallow sands - here it will be Afriquia Gaz who will pay.

@JH - 1557ppm = 0.1557%. Unless there is a vast quantity of methane, I don't think that is likely to be commercial. Let's see what the experts say, of course I hope I am wrong.

@nd reading -

* The well position was not at the crest of the structure, so there is potentially an additional 100m (!) of gas column. (Very, very, good).

* Not swc's, using the drill chips for petrographic analysis.

* I have commented previously on the salt diapir to the east of MOU-5. That would be a good place to look for higher-grade helium.
