2: they can't say if it is now or not.
I surmise it is now NOT an open period.

what does this tell you?
they had no intention of drilling TE11 whatever the results of TE10.
why?
the only logical reason is they had offers on the table or indicated.

they CAN'T issue new shares below nominal value (.1p)
the 'lender' is selling into the market at a loss (because they make even more money if the sp declines)
there is no guarantee of an improved deal and if there is one it won't be in PIs favour.

I have a couple of degrees and consider myself fairly well educated, but I still don't feel qualified to accurately judge the pros and cons of EU membership.

next rns will be some tweak to the finance 'deal' not in PIs favour and a consolidation, probably 25:1 (they like that number)

well it's either
1: inside information, which is illegal or
2: BS market manipulation attempt, also illegal.
he needs to be careful as does anyone who spreads it.

val are the only ones who need to vary the deal, and pretty soon after signing the original.

I predict that IF a new deal is forthcoming from them it will remove the punative clauses BUT add significantly to the dilution. this would have the effect of screwing over PIs, but give the BOD room to keep taking salary.

please explain WHY the lender would agree to a more favourable (to Val) deal?
