Sound management bare doing a good job and have pulled Sound well back from the brink the previous BOD took us to.

unfortunately it seems Sound and the share price are at the mercy of third parties who are incredibly slow, or incompetent or playimg games. time will tell which. Personally I believe a combination of the first two.

Agree re deadlines, but not re progress on site.

the site is ready for installation of offsite built components.

we have been told that these are on schedule so one thing we can't criticise sound for is lack of progress on site!

Don't believe sound will get the phase 2 funding from the bank.

With all the talk and all the delays I suppose I can't really blame them.

Next week it will be two months since the last missed deadline!

Personaly I do think they will, but when is the question.

The time it's taking is shocking, it's a bizare way for a bank to do business.

Sure, it's a large amount for Sound, but it's not that large in banking terms!

Green - there are always negative posters.

some really believe their tripe, others post for pretty transparent reasons.

some even make relatively positive comments but always end with a negative twist.

none of them make a blind bit of difference to the prospects of the company.

whoever said 2.5p in 2 years is obviously talking their own agenda.

I doubt a paid for broker target price is the reason.

much more likely that short term traders jumped in on the enws hoping for a quick 20% and then sold when it didn't happen. Most traders on AIM have the attention span of a gold fish!

Actually you only have to be told IF anything has changed from what you have been told to date.

As they have not said anything since they said they expect the credit comitee to meet soon to sign off the loan, unless told otherwise that is exactly what is happening.

I am as frustrated as anyone over the delays, but today#s RNS gives me even more comfort that things are progressing well.

The news today should give everyone confidence the phase 2 funding will get done and Sound is on the way.

no one would lend 10 times the market cap (read that again, 10 times) to a company that might not make it to first gas.

today's news tells everyone Sound will make it to first gas / revenue. All the pieces are falling into place, albeit the phase 2 funding is taking a long time. someone remind me what the phase 1 and phase 2 estimated revenues were :)

and it means we have cash through to first gas when the serious cash flow starts, and all without imemdiate dilution.

And a convertible bond, Graham is thinking outside the box.

In my view a very sensible funding approach. No dilution unless the holder converts which will only happen if the share price is significantly higher than conversion price.

thin about what you are posting. 1.7p at Christmas means NONE of the plans works out. NONE, not mLNG, not phase2, not any exploration .... in which case why would sound be worth 1.7p?

meanwhile the wait goes on, in silence from Sound. all very odd.

Not sure the end of exclusivity in itself is material unless it means that some change of direction is needed.

if the financing is completing with the original bank (can never spell that right) and no meaningful delay needed then maybe no RNS needed. this will have been discussed with the Nomad to keep Sound within the rules.

So, that's my take, deal waiting on signatures only. But, we#ll find out soon enoug I guess.
