did he over sell the company? yes in my opinion.
did he break any laws pumping the company whilst selling? possibly, but he will never get punished if he did.

as to being in profit, I am. I have just over a million shares with an average of 1.5p. I bought a few thousand worth at what turned out to be too expensive (unlike some idiots I didn’t bet more than I could afford at the top, so consequently have cash to buy more and do more important things). I have repeatedly bought since (as reported at the times) generally in the £500 - £1000 per month depending on how much spare cash I have and what the price is doing.

do you believe me? I couldn't care less. But the basic premise should be clear even to you.

The more I think about and discuss this the more I come to the conclusion that if I was to be looking at providing $100million + financing to a company I would want to make sure any outstanding demands on the company were dealt with up front as part of due diligence, and as we've been told, this is all now complete.

Interestingly Ramadan this year runs 20th March to 21st April. Nothing of significance gets done in a Morocco during this time, so in effect the ‘delay’ is actually only 2 weeks!
They must be very very close to say ‘we’ll get this done a week after Ramadan’!

A 6 week extension is very telling. I would anticipate signatures well within that period.
If there were significant outstanding issues we would be looking at another 3 Month extension.

We do know that all due diligence required has been done. Believe that was said in the last Q&A
So, I would think we are /have been at the stage of decision and sign off.

So, no RNS today.
Only two realistic possibilities , we get an RNS in the morning saying ‘all done and dusted, funding sorted’ or we get an RNS in the morning saying ‘good progress blah blah blah, new extension’.

I will be very disappointed if the later as surely they would know they weren’t going to make it yesterday.

So, on balance I’m cautiously optimistic. I know …..

Deadline for phase two funding is 15th March, so Wednesday.

No announcement yet. On balance I would think it odds on we will get another extension rns on Wednesday.

However, maybe just maybe we will actually get good news.
My reasoning is that I have in the past stressed to Graham that if we are going to miss a deadline they should tell us as soon as they know and not wait until the last possible moment. Graham said he took this on board and indeed they issued an RNS at 7am on the Monday before the 15th December announcing the extension.
As we have not had on today, does that mean they are very close?

Who knows, but the straw is starting to cut my fingers!

so we will certainly get an RNS on phase 2 funding by this time next week.
I hope it's conclusive rather than another extension, but if Sound are reading this, can we PLEASE have something concrete. 'good progress' and 'in due course' are wearing a little thin now!
