StMary, I suspect most regular posters have more shares than I do.
After numerous top ups / averaging downs I find myself with just north of a Million shares at an average slightly below where we are today.

I'm no chartist, but the chart looks interesting to me.
since start of the year we've had two big rises of around .7p each. Both followed by a fall back of around .35p
it looks like we have bounced off that 1.5 ish level, so should we expect a quick rise to 2.3p ish?
I'm not here to trade small swings but I suspect some will be.

even without a full sale I can see that sp being reached this year. It wouldn't be an unreasonable market cap given the potential

I'm not sure I'd welcome a buyout, even by Shell.
I don't know the sort of figures a majour would pay for our acerage (anyone know?) but would imagine we would lose out on some of the upside potential.

not at all concerning, they are simply making it clear that they will get this done this year and are belt and braces about the financing.
and there was no mention of equity funding. I would immagine that should they go that route it would be on the same basis as a farm in.
also note that they are 'whitling down' all the acceptable offers to get the best deal for shareholders!

Sar lo case $20m exposure. $16m is VAT, but exploration companies exempt from VAT under hydrocarbon law.

Oh, and sometimes my approach doesn't work, but that's why it's called investing and not magic money doubling or something. the key is to invest what you can afford to lose and which you don't need back in any given time frame as things always take longer on aim than we expect.

my point was simply that you highlighted that the last few day's rise had no direct cause as there had been no news, yet completely failed to mention that the equally dramatic drop pre Christmas also had absolutely no reason.
as a positive chap I believe there is more than enough potential here to warant a significantly higher price.
if you are one of those people who wait for the good news to be released before buying you will always be losing out and buying stock from those who take a chance based on their research.
