the share price is actually suppressed because of a completely incompetent BOD who have no interest in private shareholders (remember 'second hand shareholder comment from GM) and continuously raise funds a massive disounts to price at the time.
I guess you will call the next discounted placing 'mm manipulatiuon' :)
