Hey, got about 25% of your tally & been with them similar time. Didn't find out about this board until 2018 I reckon. Hardly any of the old names (Brom excepted) around now & I have only just started looking in again, with spud imminent. Like you, I am carrying a 1.3p average & have been averaging down for a couple of years but often wondering if it is worth the effort, but hey, innit2winnit.
Good Luck to You & lets hope we get a decent run & can get out with our pants up.

HI Gffy47 re: Mon 11:29
2021 we had a run up to 3.75p on 1st April, from a 0.47p baseline, fired up by the OTC $EEENF & the following year 2022 we only got to 2.5p, in Feb & March, from a 2.13p baseline.
We really need something like that OTC $EEENF fireball again, but maybe they don't like getting their fingers burnt a 2nd time. They certainly didn't get on board last year.
Fingers X'd, to All LTH's.
Welcome to the Fun Palace Gffy47.

20:18 moda,
Good find moda, have learnt a fair bit from that e lecture. Also great to see that Schlumberger, one of the best data acquisition companies on the planet are working with us. No 2nd rate analysts here & hopefully, Great News will be forthcoming.
Bottom line: they are not magicians, so let us just hope that what we think is there, is proven & on a massive scale.
Not asking for much but I & all LTH's have waited & waited for a drill, just like this over the past 6 to 7 years & may our patience be rewarded.

Hi, Rig 111 used last year, lightweight drilling rig.
We are using Arctic Fox this year so I'm not sure we could make a like for like comparison in "drill times"
Just an opinion, maybe wrong.
As long as we are out of there with everything we are planning to achieve. Sounds good to me.
Best Regards to All involved here on the Annual 88e Roller Coaster Ride.

Now then!
Suggested links to find out exactly what we are buying into in the US of A.
Not many producers in the Permian, so who are we getting into bed with?
Fracking

Hi Rab79,
How can we say todays CR has delayed the spud?
The biggest disappointment regards todays news is that spud now 'early March',
We appear to be in a similar window to last year, which leaves us with "no time for delays/errors"
Heh Ho, it is what it is

Hi normster 05:35,

Hi Chrisev, thanks for your confidence post last weekend.
Apologies if this has been posted previously but even more confirmation of where we are right now & how good our prospect could actually be.

Working with data most of the time, I really like 652 & 1.6. They haven't been plucked out of fresh air.
We're getting there, step by step, day by day, ever closer.
Who's for the 5 club? p$£ It might take a while but Peregrine / Umiat holds something really special. AIMHO

Spot 09:59,
you are like an irritating shingle. Get a life.
Your words buddy:- Yep, I'm happy to level the charge of lying to anyone who disseminates the outright lie that 88E possesses the lion's share or anything more than a small portion of the combined resource at Alkaid/Talitha/Theta West/Project Icewine.
My words were something along the lines :- .... concluding with AIMHO.
It is my belief & has been since March 2021 that 88e acreage sits above a super reservoir. Of what I don't know but until someone like your godself, who knows everything about everything proves that there isn't such a find, I might just carrying on believing. My money, my shares, my opinion.
You have your opinion, about pretty much everything, try keeping it to yourself for a while whilst real & genuine 88e shareholders enjoy our annual club outing.
Enuff sed.

Another great find Sherlock Moda.
Here's an earlier doc from same source.
https://kalkinemedia.com/au/sponsored/eyes-on-alaska-well-88-energy-asx88e-makes-serious-strides-in-december-quarter.
With the data that is showing such a tremendous correlation between Talitha & Project Icewine, & clearly showing that 88e would appear to have the biggest bite, why oh why are we not @ 5p?
Other news as well on our other projects, what's not to like?
C'mon 88e, BigTime is nearly here.
AIMHO of course

Good Find Brom 08:04
Something to ponder before we move on again with a permit to drill.
What really is the link between Charlie 1 & Talitha A & Theta West 1.
Will HRZ have anything to do with anything? Fracking mentioned by Pantheon.
Anyone aware what they are fracking?
Vertical test wells
Both the Theta West 1 and Talitha A are vertical test wells.
The Charlie-1 well reached its Total Depth of about 11,100 feet on 30 March, having drilled through and logged all of the targets in the well, including the HRZ shale.
The dual listed oil junior drilled seven stacked targets with a total gross mean prospective resource of 1.6 billion barrels (480 million barrels net to 88E) in the Charlie-1 well at its Project Icewine.15 Sept 2020
Pantheon said the objective of winter drilling and testing at Theta West and testing at Talitha is to determine reservoir deliverability - not about maximizing flow rates, as future production wells will be DRILLED HORIZONTALLY, not vertically.
They went down to 9200 feet
Pantheon wants to establish/prove the movability and quality of the oil.
A coiled tubing unit used for flow testing operations will mobilize to the location AFTER FRACKING is finished.
Talitha A testing operations commenced over the weekend of Jan. 22 and 23, and are starting from the lowest formation, the Lower Basin Floor Fan, before proceeding sequentially to the two shallower Slope Fans (which will be tested together) and the Shelf Margin Deltaic horizons.
Talitha A, which was drilled in 2021, encountered five independent oil horizons, including Kuparuk at the deepest level.
The company had a lot of problems in the Kuparuk zone last winter, but Pantheon executives said they think they understand now what went wrong. But with 2 billion barrels to test in the horizons above the Kuparuk, they have elected to drill a well sometime in the future to test the Kuparuk, likely choosing a better location for doing so.
Pantheon said independent “Volatiles Analysis” undertaken by Advanced Hydrocarbon Stratigraphy/Baker Hughes took 416 cuttings during the drilling of Talitha A over a 3,700 foot section covering the five horizons, with each and every sample confirming the presence of oil.

Prior to relocating to the Theta West #1 location, the Nordic Calista #3 rig completed preparations for testing operations at the Talitha #A well which included a plugging operation on the Kuparuk Zone. The Kuparuk will form the focus of a future well. A Schlumberger fracking unit and the XPRO flow back testing equipment are mobilised and on location. Testing operations commenced over the weekend and will start from the lowest formation, the Lower Basin Floor Fan, before proceeding sequentially to the two shallower Slope Fans (which will be tested together) and the Shelf Margin Deltaic horizons. 2b Continued
