Is current sp fair value or not?8 Jan 2026 09:54
Atm, BoD think it is as there are no further buys. either they're waiting for... a placing? or it#s yet another 'closed period'.
so, there's Sement which is either drawing to a successful conclusion or it is delayed or repayment is less. personally, still don't understand if it was fraud, why it wasn't treated as such.
BTC... clueless as to what their policy is there... averaging down? buying on the rise? waiting for peak price to buy more? their investing policy is unfathomable.
MICA reapplication. they have 10 days left, 6 working days. do they have to have augmented their failed application in time for the application or just put together a plan of action for the next 3 months? what is the financial cost? will it be paid for from cash or a placing?
if there's a placing, will they create a spike for placee to sell into or will it be a long term holder? will they risk that if MICA result is currently 50/50 up to... July? can't see anyone funding GST without an easy and profitable out so...
will company give running commentary on Poland and it's client uptake? will they comment on Bake's client stagnation in DACH or do they have a workaround for that (can't imagine what that'll be).
are they going to totally pivot away for now, from europe (can they do that with even Poland having a limited deadline? and start trumpeting Brazil as the new 'find'?
what does all of this and their conclusions do to the sp?
