GST are in a v precarious place without MICA... they can't keep hopping from one country to the next in the hope of continuing. the next move would end up being South America but what does it say about a company that they're nomadic in their progress.

MICA was a big ol' balls up. they should have applied earlier in the year not left it to the last minute. again, if you were evaluating coldly, a company handing in their application 'late' doesn't sound... professional.

but as you'll say... i'm not in it... buy you never ask why!

I think sp will hit 42 before results and, if Cirtek make the right noises about guidance, puts the company on a good trajectory.

And IKA are at the NANS 2026 meeting in US this week. Could hear something v positive from there, regarding Stereax...

bigger news will be confirmation that OEM feedback on the 10aH goliath's if the Tier 1 companies report their testing is optimal then there's a good chance of 60+ imvho.

CoTec announced new DFS for their MagIron asset... while it doesn't affect MKA directly, a rise in CoTec price will imply his work with MKA justifies confidence.

No doubt he'll talk about Tyseley but, as that uplift is now done, it'll be great to say Germany isn't far behind.

If he can give a revised timeline for SPAC, accepting that govt shutdown might have delayed things, some concrete news on that will be a blessing.

Really not 'desperate' at all.. a in IKA and MKA and that does for me. why would i be desperate to buy a share that, at best spikes on news or, counter to that drops on no news!

i'm just trying to give a balanced opinion on what i see. if you don't want to believe that MICA fail will affect their application that's fine... keep buying. i'm just pointing out that applications to stablecoin aren't like getting a provisional driving licence when everyone gets accepted.

in the end, there's two bits of news that are, for now, pivotal: the arbitration refund that MUST be at least close to their 'expectation value of £1.2million and re-application to MICA. the sandbox story, i suspect is just not going to happen, having been knocked by by BoL, for whatever reason. but, it could... and that's what you're buying into. so...

Stablecoin would require 1:1 funding to cover its use... there's very little i can see that shows GST is big enough or competent enough to run a stablecoin.

counter argument would be that getting accepted would bring in the money but you could say that about any 'two-bit' company that were accepted.

surely stablecoin acceptance is only going to be with a company with an impeccable history? does GST really look like a company with an unblemished history?

i could be wrong, obviously... but that's why i'm out... i can see that there'd be a rise if/when they reapply for MICA, get accepted for stablecoin or... win the national lottery. but, looking at it, coldly... and not just punting 'if's... ???

They don't care which way it goes, they just want to see volume. are folk going to bite at 55 in anticipation or are they seeing a peak and thinking about selling.

Well, that's horsesh**, for a start. most big time holders were very confident that MICA was going to happen, all the way up to the wire. there was literally one 'MICA denier' and yours truly stating it might not work out, along with all the many other 'not working out' stuff.

so, all you've had is a bounce from the low, based on the 'we must be getting news soon' and then youll get... maybe news maybe not.

if it's 'maybe news' it had better be damned good... not 'delalys in arbitration' or negligible amounts compared to BoD's 'expectations. had better be a MICA readmission and a stablecoin admission to sandbox.

without... 2 out of 3 of those the company will wither away.

There are times that there are complications... it's what makes investing both profitable and disastrous.

i don't doubt for a moment that long term holders are cursing their previous confidence... i also don't doubt that buyers of 7p (or better) will see a benefit for their buys... whether they hold for the full term or until the next update is up to them but if you're buying at the same price as a $10million investor i doubt much can go wrong...

I think it's more the holders of the previous placing looking to offload by ramping with statements like 'i can't see why this can't be 10x the current price' but then selling for 1.05p...

i can think of at least one 'BIG FAN who also has a big following who uses them to get his profits and then leaving his fans to work out why their holding is in the red... amazed he has the reputation, tbh.

and we all know who i'm talking about...

There's no way with the sp where it is they could have, unless they sorted it back in December which i VERY doubtful, nigh impossible. so, for me, that money secures the future better than it was yesterday and puts it on a par with the morning after so i can see 9.5p before results.

That said, i'm pretty sure that was just to dump the placing... and it's disconcerting that it manages to also fall to 0.7... i suspect it'll do that rise and fall until there's actual news... so i took mine out and i'll wait for the enxt drop, if it happens...

Canadians think of MKA is often seen as a "CoTec proxy." Since Julian Treger (US based has been pounding the drum for the $2B+ US expansion, the Canadian audience is far more "tuned in" to the recycling story than the average London AIM trader.

when Toronto opens at 2:30, it'ill be the first time US funds can trade the "Minister in Tyseley" news

CoTec'sbeen holding its highs in canada. so those investors see the UK factory as a successful "blueprint" for the US rollout, we could see MKA.V gap up toward $1.15−$1.20. that's approx 64p here...

It's not that it launches 'officially', it's the press that'll be generated... plus the fact it shows US that commerciality for their extension projects is viable.

it's a massive ad campaign at a time when EV and rare earths is the buzz word in the 'breadsheet'...erm... internet!

There's a near 50% upside to buying atm...
