It IS interesting. it'd s clever way to draw a line under the Ypsilon debacle and to tell the market that they're now open for business, not as an IT company but as a standalone cyber company, what the Ypsilon 'contract' was meant to do.

'White papers' usually govt releases. this is trying to give importance to Semnet, aided by a revamp/repeat of the licences line. what's interesting is the line about 'Advanced AI & NVIDIA Server Infrastructure Provider' i would think shows that the Ypsilon deal, done before GST bought it, was done at cost or even negative value... BUT, taking something from it, it says to the future markets that they have experience over and above being an in-house tech support.

it's a nice bit of advertsiing and is trying to, basically, relaunch Semnet... but they'll have to build on this now by actually showing some genuinely profitable jobs that show some genuine profit!

it's nice window dressing but it's now going to need something that starts to prove Semnet can go it alone.

Better to have than not to have, though, and another small jigsaw piece that, hopefully, shows the back end of 2025, well and truly.

It doesn't seem to be shrinking back... at 69 there's still much to look forward to in the run up to interims. shorters can't be confident of what will be announced, esp. if the sp hits 72 by monday or tuesday.

I'm only interested in the cash settlement. in time, i dares GST will try and resurrect its talk of IPO but, for me, it's the cash being returned that is the only benefit to it, as it stops them pursuing another placing, at least at sub 1p level.

the spi, for me, mean getting the DASP is so much easier as a european licence is proof of financial integrity.

When the dust settles, what you'll see is Bake now announcing 'deals' for new Polish investors... expect 0% deals etc. to bring in and grow the customer base.

while it doesn't directly 'connect' to MICA or EMI (i think that's much harder so happy to see that sidelined) Angra.sp.zoo, once it has sufficient cash in the coffers (hello, Semnet arbitration) stops it looking like a penny punt and starts to make it look like a European neobank... it's a great step forward and at a great price until it's... 1.2-1.5p? then it's waiting for other news... my own hope is for Brazil news....

But i'll personally be surprised if this isn't hovering on 1p on monday...

Only thing holding this back now is having sufficient cash to show that it has sufficient buffer to cope with any hiccups. having that Semnet money in the bank will at least hold off another placing, at least until the sp is much higher...

i won't comment on Semnet again (because i'm not in thrall to your acceptance) and will just try and offer some fustification for where this could go and what to look out for...

you sound a little bored, to me... just looking for a grievance itch to scratch. it's not a discussion worth having... doesn't nothing for the immediate issue, beyond, if they release an rns (the GST way is to remain silent until they've worked out another pivot!) then all to the good, as long as they get their cash and shares back. until then Semnet just makes GST look like flyboys and doesn't help with the look into GST's business acumen.

There's no difference. there's no such thing as UK and CAN shares. they observe the stricter conditions, but, again, if you say so... so leave it now and we can both just watch the sp to see where it goes.
