Most people mean 'rerating news'. the fact that they got metapay and haven't made any statement about it or provided and update on what it means or given any further guidance is the reason the sp doesn't move...

maybe they can't afford a trumpet to blow... or maybe they're blowing down the wrong end!

Youu can't manage an sp if there's no impetus for it to exploit! you think if the mms offer it at 1p there'll just be a load of sells and noone to buy it, leaving the mms holding a loss or no trades because who'd buy it at 0.96 with no news to justify it?

obviously, these acquisitions allow for the continuation of Bake across EU but, having found a new (albeit temporary) home in Poland, it's odd for there being no interest to adding zloty to the other fiat moneies that can be used for crypto trading!

the lack of news on progress is what stifles the company. also there's a lot of just scrpaing buy when the same news has potential but never seems to materialise.

Bake's had at least a month to prepare for Metapay and yet we're still waiting on a version that shows evidence of Polish client invitations. we had the change y'day on e-invoicing for business and the opportunity to show them quick off the market but... nothing.

even when the announce an rns there's nothing to follow it up and no forward fuidance.

it's like having a surprise birthday party for someone but not mentioning to anyone, even the birthday boy/girl!

i can only see one reason for holding back any news and that's because the BoD are planning a scubscrption for themselves to massively average down. what other reason is there for their total lack of interest in information?

Only Tier1 that is in snacks AND drinks. Results announced tomorrow so keep an eye out for any words that talk about cleaning up ingredients lists...

Simply NKD currently uses 'potassium salt' which has a metallic aftertaste... cleaning up the produce and words that make that point would point to SALT being the product to change their ingredients... and that'd justify SALT's projected rise in revenue!

just keep an eye on them tomorrow... if the evidence is there could see 80p+.

It's just BoD don't believe they're obligated to let their majority shareholders know much between news.

my own disappointment is they didn't mention anything about Poland this morning but, let's face it, they're never quick off the mark, either with their updates OR with their actions, preferring to leave it to the last minute.

but i would have thought a Bake/Poland announcement was due any day... no point buying Metapay and Finferro just to have them parked up and idling. everything else isn't as important except, maybe, arbitration cash and reapplication for MICA.

can't see the sp floating lower than this spread... too much potential upside from this crappy price.

News drives it up... bofedom and frustration and seeing other opportunities elsewhere bring s the sells out, esp, if one has over-relied on the one share.

you can see it daily... recent buys will happily sell for a small loss if the news doesn't materialise but actual news or fomo will see this rise... but with a big spread if it's just opportunistc.

the widening spread tells you mms aren't interested in the shares unless it's a big discount spread so they can make on the difference. it's not hard to understand.

there's a bit more enthusiasm for the share atm as news would seem to be well overdue but some folk are just seeing it as a chance to get slightly more for the sell they were already thinking of... esp. when you see shares daily do what EME did today...

Worst case is, i think, 178. but from there i'd say it was a recovery.there's been a lot of short term profit taking, from the crash but those shares are moving into safer hands looking for the 280s later this year.

and i'd say this drop is probably more to do with the general FTSE250 shares being dragged down on sentiment... only have to see how share like Sage has slipped this past month or more.

i'd say this is now gearing up, once its found bottom aorund here, for a double bottom. guess we'll see!

I think you have that the wrong way around... the only reason for the price to move up IS because of big trades... and that's dependent on good news or its 'imminence'...

I said their actual FOLLOW THROUGH is for shiiiiiiii* but if they'd only complete one of these near term projects you might see some value added to the sp.

it's not flip-floppiing, it's the dilemma of seeing so much that they COULD make announcements on but somehow manage to leave them all hanging.

To be fair, anyone buying today is way ahead of lthers who were buying anytime in the past couple of years... and at 0.63 folk are getting share at 30% of most holders' average... and with a lot more assets in the company that just might be about to pop!

So keep your eye on linkedin and agnes' comments, as she's hiring!
