They haven't 'welched' on anything. they think they can win their argument that they've done nothing wrong, much in the same way that company thinks they can 'win'. BUT, with their history on completing... anything, what makes you think they won't release an rns in 2027 saying due to their insolvency, they're no longer chasing the funds?

either way, the previous accounts for Semnet, pre 'buy' showed that Semnet made a profit of $250k, pre tax. that now sounds about right.

How much was raised to buy Semnet and how much dilution did it cost? and what's its value now because it definitely isn't $54million! if it was they could now buy GST 4 x over!

If there is a claim for $4.2million why 'arbitrate' for $1.8million!

their intentions are as solid as their 'expectations'...
