so, with MICA in the balance i fail to see how them seeking subscriptions at... say, 0.35 isn't what will happen. why are they going to wiat for recovery of the sp before seeing profit when they can buy at 0.35 or whatever price, before the binary result of MICA? better to have an average at nearer 0.35 than 2p, whatever the outcome as the company will still survive, whatever the result.

tell me you wouldn't do the same and buy 50million more shares at 0.35 than wait for 2p to see blue!

there's a reason for holders to issue TR1s, it''s for the undue influence they can have on an sp. whether individual holding or co-operative/within a family. so believe that number and query why no TR1...

for a start, he has a tax bill to pay as vested shares count as lolly. personally, expecting hime to sell at least 45% of the shares to cover that tax bill as he must be in that tax band... if not higher...

They have until July in Poland and there's no MICA to be had there as they don't have the regulation for new licences (and it'd take a year anyway).

on top of all that i reckon they're near to scraping the barrel in cash. if they lose europe then they've spent a lot of cash for a six month extension. in which case they might as well go the whole hog on the court case...but that's going to be 2027 before it ends unless they accommodate each other.

so, you have a company which is just operating on existing clients... and that's not enough to refill the pots.

finally, the BoD have persistently failed to average down in any significant manner. so there's the placing ans subscription case... and i'm guess at 0.3-0.35 to save the day.

What i think is that it takes a bod dip to see a bounce but i don't see anything atm that indicates either. that said, i think the optics fo GST are not great, esp. where MICA is concerned. the finferro buy was a last minute save but it's only for 6 months.

until the company state what their intentions are re. MICA i just don't see anything to write home about... and the only riches i see 'within my reach' are elsewhere. but if they release some knockout news then, yes. but will they?
