What is worrying is they gave up equipment valued at £2.3million in July '23 as part of the deal. that doesn't sound clever.

Just making the point that revenue isn't a guide but profit is and $200k pre tax profit on a buy price fo only 2/3 of the company for £1.8mill puts some perspective on the value of it.

it's a consolidation but it's not a screaming asset, hence the lack of a rise on the confirmation.

Tbf to whoever, it reported pre tax profits of $200k. on that basis it would take9 years to cover the cost of purchase.

that said, noone knows what the third party cost of cyber security was for GST but it would reduce that term. plus, if the sp rises significantly in 9 months that brings down the cost too. but mentioning revenue instead of profit is a faux pas!

Could obviously go either way.

And, depending on what asssets are going to be purchased with the new funding, pick a (reasonable) number. 13-15p at some point (bit vague but let's see how Friday presentations go, as indictor).
