There is a point about Semnet. obviously it's better to have cyber security and another asset making revenue, it's not as if they didn't have cyber security before. and the cost of that, presumably, was substantially less than its 'rental' services.

so, cyncially, what we have is family related purchase of a company.

in and of itself, is it really any different to what was used y'day? only really comes into its own if the shares issued later in the year are a fraction of current volume so finger's crossed the company gets the boomage hoped for (by even me), not just for this tranaction but generally.

Before the ore sales there's the trigger of funding for the road. if it undercuts the current sp but 'promises' eventual ore sales i can see some buying at least back to current levels (which isn't amazing but...)

i hope we don't get some nonsense about limiting dilution of shares by getting another ceo loan that leaves him as prime creditor or gets to convert into more shares at massive discount. would rather see £1million raised from existing holders, underwritten by ceo (if he's keen to participate).

still concerned at the lack of info about the plant (too many times has silence from a 'good' rns resulted in a reversal of the rns) but, considering it's impossible to sell any significant number of shares, just have to hope the funding news comes soon and big enough to clear the way to revenue.

Not a victim at all. you seem to think saying 'this will be £10 at some point' is valid and saying 'this rns was pretty much known so don't expect much of a rise unless rampers push it' isn't?

how many times has 'big sellers are out' been posted to pull in more buyers? and how many 500k sells have there been this morning?

having an alt to 'this will be over 2p by the next rns' (which hasn't happened) isn't a bad thing. it's just a thing. get over it!

There's absolutely no virtue in holding for years and years. believing that shares are 'always up' is patent nonsense, unless some near disaster hits and you ris funds at a time when it could just collapse.

you have zero power. niether have the fca. what you need to do is change your tactics to accommodate what you call 'abuse'. if you see rumblings of inside info dropping the sp what makes you think just sitting there ends well?

retailers just can't always take credit for the rises they enjoy and then look for someone to blame when they suffer a drop. plus, just recognise that this is a never ending race and it only ends for you when you decide to get out (barring a buyout or administration).

there's an underlying reason why they say something like '92% of all investors lose money'!

really, you'd be better off spending your time looking at your own tactics and deciding to change them or just get stooshing with bank accounts.

there are very few in profit overall but it doesn't folk trying. it also doesn't stop folk congratulating themselves for canny investing when they get lucky or howling for criminal investigations when things go wrong.

but it doesn't change the way the markets work so the only thing to change is yourselves.

Of course it will move. if the shares are issued at 2p then they were either forward sold into the spike or they'll need 2.4p to make their investment worthwhile!

selling now is exactly how to crystalise a loss! why do you think people are buying now!

I'm beginning to suspect more than a few of them are rampy holders saying one thing and doing another and trading the rises to buy back and trading in 500k lumps to disguise their trading as being 'mms are playing games' or 'it's being held back for nefarious purposes!).

As a few said, it 'should' have also included something else (ie. to guarantee some stratospheric rises and herd buys). as it is, it's going to be prone to range trading, just maybe slightly higher.

have to hope the next news won't take another month OR they start using twitter for the reason it exists and start putting out some non-rnsable but still corroborating info!

You pretty much have to accept that holding any shares for years on end without having a pot of cash to also trade the spikes and troughs is madness!

every single share which requires guaranteed funds will also require guaranteed profits for the suppliers of the cash!

no difference in any commercial trading to pump the positives and try and create extra margin on the deal.

some people think everything should be played with a straight bat. learn the game (but even then, if you want to risk investing, rather than gauranteed cashISAs, you're going to get caught out on occasion!).

The warrants ARE a bit of a buugger as they muddy the water. but still all short term.
