There is a point about Semnet. obviously it's better to have cyber security and another asset making revenue, it's not as if they didn't have cyber security before. and the cost of that, presumably, was substantially less than its 'rental' services.
so, cyncially, what we have is family related purchase of a company.
in and of itself, is it really any different to what was used y'day? only really comes into its own if the shares issued later in the year are a fraction of current volume so finger's crossed the company gets the boomage hoped for (by even me), not just for this tranaction but generally.
