The business might not be over but ownership as a public company probably is. there must be a couple of insiders who now want this exclusively as an indian company and are working hard to crash the sp... done well, so far!

If there was anything to the assets, the sp wouldn;;t be where it is now. and if it's worth anything it'll bepushined into admin to be picked up for buttons.

noone is interested in saving the company for the sake of pi's and ii's will just take the hit and move on.

just another example of why most shares are terrible for being lth, whoever's in charge, whatever their specialism and whatever the ceo says!

All placings are underhand! if they were telegraphed they'd be the worse for it as fundraises are almost always at a discount. the last thing you want is a fundraise on a falling share price. and, spikes are required to sell the placed shares as funders don't hold. they want their easy money. the shock of the placing price always dips the price but, if it's for a sensible sum and pitched at a reasonable price, the dip'll be taken out in days. the results are still fresh in everyone's head so, of the two price, 75p and 50p, i know which way i anticipate them gravitating to.

and it's always better to have cash in the bank rather than looking for it if the revenue stalls.

No worries. don't know if you're new to investing or just new to lse but nowt wrong in being pished. and, as long as folk respond in a useful way, even if critical, it's a good learning curve.

Most accept that there's a placing coming as there's been no revenue in 14months. so the only question is how low they raise? could be anything from 8p all the way down to 4p.

there's a reason why noone's buying yet at 6p...

I've been told schroeders still hold 10million. hardly worth a bean now but they're not emotional about losses.

Given up working out if it's traders or some other mechanism... just have to be happy that, when the news finally drops...

suspect folk would feel happier if they'd averaged down at some point, indicating that they had confidence, outside of a closed period, that the sp was due to move positively.
