And there's the problem...26 Oct 2025 11:58
Of course, we'd expect a company to toot their own horn in their expectations (although i'd be fascinated to know who actually composes their rns' as the content is a million miles for their actual abilities when expressing themselves personally via posts) but the fact is they pretty much rummage around the bargain bins of crypto companies for acquisitions. the very idea that they thought they be in the front of the queue for stablecoin is farcical. as if a noob company would be able to get ahead of, say, these companies ( https://koinly.io/blog/best-crypto-exchange-uk/ ) or presumably, even the banks would be ahead of these, ( https://www.coindesk.com/business/2025/09/25/nine-european-banks-join-forces-to-issue-mica-compliant-euro-stablecoin ).
incidentally, Revolut got theirs this... week?.
i don't expect, for one moment, for GST to be upfront about their possibilities... but it would be nice if they painted a tineline that was conservative instead of implying things were always 'imminent'.
i remember being in #CTAG and the ramptastic bb about how it was going to change the world when it was deeply flawed from the off. didn't stop it being a major multibagger at one point but...
over at MKA there are folk there who talk about having sunk in £100k when it was at 8p just this January and now enjoying £1million holding. Amazing... but it's taken some good news and China being a dick about rare earths to make it happen. i can see there are a few here who are presuming the same kind of rise here. and it could... feel the time for it to have happened was when Trump got in... might well be a second go though GST seem to have massively over-reached their abilities with their limited talk.
if they're going to hit the 200x targets that they stated when they fist took the company then great... i'll be happy to buy in after the first few bags (i'm not greedy!). but, for all the potential, they're going to need to pull something out of what looks like a fairly empty bag.
gla.
it might be the case that the money is safe at this low point from dropping further and the even the tiniest news, as long as it implies it's now safe, might seem it recover but, honestly, at this point, if you were new to it, would you put more than punt money into it?
