Apologies if i write more bruquely than others but i'm not sure how to couch an opinion about possible (now current) dip, unless it's to say 'don't worry, am sure new money will come in to take the bargains'?

(and, ftr, they're not by sells that keep appearing, whether delayed or otherwise). i'm just keeping tabs on the live trades...)

Didn't say it'd been rns'd... i said it had been discusses and, seemingly, from responses, seen as possible, but with other news to make up for it before year end.

First, it's not a 'deramp' to punt an opinion that isn't 'this is going to the moon'. if there's no discussion except to say 'buy more, this will never drop' then what's the point?

is discussion just to massage each other's egos and holdings?

you can see that points have been made here about 2026 now being likely for NASDAQ... are you going to blame ALL sells (holders securing their profits from this year) on l'il ol' me???

if you're in for 2027+ then what difference does a short term drop matter? BUT, if you want new money to come in, whether day trades or otherwise, what's the issue?

this shouldn't be an evangelical group but honest discussion. or are you going to suggest that 70 wasn't hit and the sp is now 25% down on that peak?

Primarily because 9p isn't support, which everyone thought it would be... until sales proves that the Tempus deal starts making big profits, there's a pread of 9.5 > possibly sub8p and back again...

If only for a year. but it'll curb the retail investor interest, pushing the price back up to mid 60s...

The sp is where it is because the update was poor... there wasn't the 15fold rise... it barely doubled from a low lvel... none of their acquisitions ever seem to come good (not that they're reputable companies anyway), they bought a badly trashed platform that will never get back to its heyday and everything that would lift the sp isn't in their gift to make happen. if the update had been for £6million, if bake had quadrupled their clients, if each of the platforms were transparent about their progress and if Semnet wasn't embroiled in some weird 'no real clues as to what was at stake' from a company that the wife had dibs in, never mind still sitting on £1.2million in cash that was supposed to be for btc and STILL a total lack of interest from any HNWIs, in spite of gifting them placings... i'll leave it at that.

Well, of course a 1.6million buy would push it north... but the next sell would bring it down again, with the spread widening to take advantage of thee buy.

now, if you had 10 x 1million that'd create interest... but that'd just be a massive p+d.

wait for the good news as this looks to be sitting in the 0.6s for the forseeeable... with a horrible 10% spread.

There's no reason to pay so much for shares when that wasn't the price available on the market. it feels exactly like a work from someone to pump the price for an exit.

doesn't stop the sp being back in the 60s now, though.

Does anyone think this BoD would rns a rejection immediately? aren't they more likely to wait for the interims to announce it so they also have time to say #we've decided to move away from that and get into... costume jewellery' or some other bargain bin purchase'.?

A bit coincidental that a name leaves, esp. when they'd said they'd sold and were looking to get back in...

Tbf, what the sp tells you is that lack of news is encouraging folk to look at the rest of the market... there's a bagger each day and they have the volume of trading that makes it interesting.

no doubt, one way or another, volume will increase... just hope for the holders, it's because of something nice. noone really wants to see the sp slipping further (okay, i wouldn't mind... but i'm not sure i want to get into a share that's at 0.5 because interest has plummeted further!)

it's very much now getting to the 'is there an rns at 07.01am?' and then, if not, 'is there anyone going to buy a million shares before 1.5million are sold?

The story may not have changed the sp has. unfortunately, the lthers constantly put comments about a falling sp as 'trolling' because holders as easily shepherded to sell, as if those that have mutlibagged shouldn't be able to choose to sell, for whatever reason.

do you really think that the sp only plateaus because of trolling or news releases!

it doesn't matter that you might believe the news is irrelevant unless you own all the shares... and a dipping sp just allows fresh money to come in for the next part of the journey.

might as well accuse the Malawi govt or the Bod of trolling for not spelling out that the several holder who are moaning will specifically be protected from market sentiment!

I suspect that everyone wants that to be true... but there are a few who are hoping for a lower re-entry before normal services are resumed. i can't see how China can do anything about it other than trade to get something out of it but obvious that all states will now try to maximise their stake in rare earth assets so it won't be long before the shp turns bullish again, esp. as it needed this drop to make it attractive.

It's a shame posters don't get that investing has fluctuations. when you've already multibagged, have some grace or appreciation for the occasional critical comment... it's just a small piece of your jigsaw to your endgame picture.

You can't just wish a rerate... AMOI happened because of RTO with shares issued at twice the price of the closing sp on friday... it didn't rise just because holders wanted it to!

and, even then, it'll likely fall back because it was a non-binding term sheet and doesn't complete until December.

rerates are rarely permanent without some sensational news.
